Adam and Jasmine were on-time, easy to talk to, and listened to our repair needs. Adam restored electrical functions inside the vehicle, then agreed to install a custom part for us. At the end, everything was function tested while we waited, in front of me. Adam also provided no-nonsense practical advice for our other vehicle, all while talking with me during the visit. We got a call in about an hour telling us it was ready to be picked up. Two places told me we needed a new transmission. Come to find out the last place that worked on it had simply failed to fully connect some electrical connections when they had re-installed it after replacing the rear main engine seal. There are still reputable place even during COVID-19. They'll be doing our vehicle transmission service from now on! Joe is the Man!

It was Saturday and only the owner was there. He asked uis to leave it with him to check it out. Acouple of hours later we returned and he explained that it was NOT a transmission problem. He also told us it was not a wheel bearing going bas as I had thought.He recommended another garage that he felt would give us a good idea as to what was wrong. He had spent time assessing the problem but would not take any money for it. Many other places would not have done this. I highly recommend this company as honest and trustworhty.
