Yeah it was a gag check since I turned 39 years old today. Well I just happened to be right next to Desert Schools at Walmart so I figured I would go over and cash this check to spend the cash on my birthday pizza lunch. (big mistake) So Carlos Sr and the little one head over with me. Right away I notice the line is very long. At least 20 people in it. So I asked the information kid working the front if there would be a problem cashing this Desert Schools check since I don't have an account. He said no problem since my dad is a Desert Schools member and it was a Desert Schools Check. I doubled checked, because I am 39 years old and been around the block a few times. I said I don't wanna wait in this long ass line then told I am screwed when I get up there. He said dude you are good. So I waited. And waited, and waited and waited. 45 mins later I finally get to the window. Lady says she is closed. So I waited some more. Finally another young kid takes me. Takes him about 5 mins to figure out what the fuck he was doing and finally says yeah we will cash it. So at this point I am 50 mins in. He then says it will be a 5 dollar fee to cash the check. I lost it. WHAAATTTT??? 5 bucks to cash a fucking check that is your check?? Come on. I said forget it and left. This is when it gets fucked up. As I was walking out I see the kid and I say thanks bro for wasting my time. I asked you if it would be a problem and you should have told me they would charge me 5 bucks to cash a damn 39 dollar check. He couldn't even look up from his cell phone. He just fucking blew me off. I was like dude I am fucking talking to you. Put your fucking cell phone down and look at me damn it. So at that moment another guy who works for the bank comes over and starts defending this dip shit. He was like he told you it wouldn't be a problem and they would cash it. I was like yeah for 5 buck fee. Nobody told me that shit. I wasted an hour of my life. I said if 5 bucks is nothing to you assholes then reach in your wallet and you pay me 5 bucks. They of course didn't. They just looked at me with this dumb shit dumbass look on their faces. I was furious and just left after screaming at 2 complete dumbshits. Seriously these guys were so dumb I am shocked they are even employed. So word of warning. If you ever take a Desert Schools check to cash at their own damn bank. They will charge you a fucking FEE. At least I told you and you won't waste your time like I did.. Just deposit that shit in your own bank account and avoild these fucking morons.

It almost seemed so fast considering the fact that I just started building my credit. I had a couple fees at the mechanic that I needed to get paid and was in need of some emergency cash. You have 30 days after the initial purchase to get free maintenance and they won't do it. Either they literally won't take the car or they will bring it in and just let it sit there. * Can't prove but there's reason to believe they sell cars to customers and if they don't like you, flag your vehicle to be stolen back so it can be sold immediately after you pay it off. They keep trackers in your car to repossess it if you don't pay but it's also to take it once you've paid it off (unless you have a garage). They also add extra charges; when I called in to dispute the charges they tried explaining it away with some sort of policy they apparently have. I told them it's not okay to have a policy that's not written down and asked for my money back; they just repeated what the policy is to me a second time as if to educate me on it and would not acknowledge my request for a refund. I said "I know that now, but I didn't know before you charged me money." The person on the phone said "oh so when someone DOES tell you something, you yell at them?" I went it person to make a payment right after that and the manager went outside to the front entrance and brought a tall man with her she was yelling at him but I couldn't make out what they were saying. she pointed at me through the door ( I was the only customer there) and said "PLEASE!" and crossed her arms. He looked down at the ground and knodded and said okay, okay. I don't know what was said but it was a very scary experience and I am pretty sure that is when they initiated the 'go ahead' to steal the car back because it was gone right away.

Ever since I had witnessed my boyfriend make a car deal with this third-party dealership they have done everything to destroy the vehicle that he has purchased with them, I've never seen such unprofessionalism in a dealership and all of my life coming from a family who works in car sales for most of my life. Every time my boyfriend went to schedule a warranty service it seemed there was always an excuse in the matter of not being able to get him in in a timely fashion more alone or being they were not able to get him in until they could run out his warrantee as long as possible. Once they were able to get the vehicle in for service, it seemed they gave the vehicle back and returned it to him in worse condition than he had originally left the vehicle. It was supposed to have an AC problem corrected; which never did get fixed, and once the vehicle was picked up the four-wheel-drive that had absolutely no problems did not work at all and the front bumper had been hit and paint had been scratched off the bumper to the point of visibility but you could tell it most certainly had just happened while in their care. Aside from the unprofessionalism when it came to honoring their contracts regarding the vehicle, it seems that no one knows what's going on at this dealership and seemed to have a circular pattern of passing along the problem until the point of frustration where nothing ever got fixed handled rectified in any means whatsoever. Now with the car having less than 11 months until being paid off; they've taken money for payment, and have still tried to repossess my vehicle to the point where I've had to have a tow truck; that's come to my home twice, call the company supervisor/GM and correct the extreme out of order of business corrected by their boss and leave my property! If I would have to give any recommendation to anyone thinking about using this company/dealerships services, I would certainly instruct you NOT to! If you need a car there are other third-party dealerships out there; that do not have or create these fraudulent side issues! If you need a car, and are willing to pay cash for it monthly. This dealership is a scam artist dealership, and I'm sure will most certainly have lawsuits if not already! Considering the grounds of how my family has been treated, and the way that they do their financing is responsible/cars 2 go is responsible back and forth in the circular pattern mention above [this is most definitely there M.O. in their ways of scamming people out of their money] -please do not make this same mistake! It's not worth the cash you're trying to improve yourself with at dealership only trying to rob you out of your $$. This is no dealership that's willing to work with you please seek out other options; especially when it comes to a third-party dealership this is not the one!
