The girl ran it for the minimum payment. I got back in line and asked her to correct it and she said well did you write it that way in the form. I said I sure did, you might want to actually look at it this time. Then we go to make a pay off payment today cause our card max is 7000 a day so we couldn't pay more the last time. The account shows on THEIR website that the balance is $259 and change. So we get their to pay off the account and he says that is not the pay off amount. Check your account. THAT IS WHAT THE ACCOUNT SAID THAT WAS WHERE WE CAME UP WITH THE NUMBER. so we asked if he could just run our card to payoff the account then for whatever the balance was and he refused. We got my mother in law on the phone to confirm the amount and he still said it was wrong. So don't know if he didn't know his job or their account information is not up to date but their service stinks! Being this wasn't the first time they missed something like processing the wrong amount and now no one seems to know they pay off amount or they just want more money since we paid off the loan in 3 months for her. But I am moving her to my bank this week!! I only give them a 2 cause the first time we went we didn't have any issues. I even forgot my drivers license in the canister and they held it for me.

They then too out $.10 to make sure our new card worked. On November 26; 2024. Allstate took out our payment. We are what they call the mile wise program as we do not drive that often. Jan. 3rd William Cantu with Allstate sent us an email stating they were going to soon take out a payment again. On January 16 they tried to take a payment out but used our old card. We were never notified that they payment did not go through. We did not pay attention as the last payment went just fine. On Jan.30th they cancelled our coverage. He never called us. We spent all week talking to him and proving that Allstate was in the wrong, but they refused to reinstate our car insurance. I would never recommend Allstate to anyone. If they can do this to a loyal customer who always paid on time. They can do this to you. I have all the proof from our bank acct and emails.

Recently did a mobile deposit on a payroll check. This is the second check I attempted to mobile…read moredeposit . It got hit for fraud and is being held till next Friday . I was told bringing my check stub to show hours work & bringing an offer letter wouldnt matter. The only thing that would help me is manager discretion on how much funds can be released. The manager tried doing me a solid so I could make payments not to get hit with late payments marks and late fees. The manager was able to release a 1/6th of my check to make payments on that Friday . Once the funds were released i was asked for a positive google review. I tired to make payments but my cards are now frozen and i cant make any transactions out of my account stating my bank declined the transactions. I call the bank the bank tells me to call 3rd party fraud. The system is automated and says my accounts are usable and states any complications to call financial institution, so i call again and the bank is saying my cards are good to go and its the 3rd party fraud vendor id have to talk to. I get provided another number and its the same script, cards are good and to contact the financial institution. Im thinking maybe its the card so i call to ask if i can get a new card but i have to pay a fee for a new card. Ive had this account for a long time. Very frustrating to be told i cant have access to money i worked for and only have crumbs on manager discretion. I was told to avoid this in the future is to physically bring in the check to one of there 4 locations in San Antonio or to cash it out at the employers bank which was WellsFargo and pay the fee and bring the money to their bank.

I'm beyond pissed and annoyed because no one left a voicemail like they did the other 7 times I paid, and it seems like because I'm at the end of my loan they want to start doing shady business. In this case being a customer for roughly 8 months, rep Erica did not attempt to ease the client needs. Part of any customer service role is being empathetic and sympathetic with the client and their needs. Erica lacks the essential basics of customer service and more her message she showed by laugh at my concern. three stars Is not truly what would represent this location but based on the initial experience at the Grissome location tip over today. The way business works is retaining a customer not pushing them away.
