I do know that this is most definitely not a place that I'd frequent. Nevertheless loan companies like this do serve a need. They offer traditional loans and check cashing to name a few things. Qualifications for financial assistance is generally less stringent than a bank . Because in my opinion these places are a bit predatory; i feel compelled to give three stars.

I think it is giving back to the community and having an interest in your policyholders. Apparently this agency has no interest in doing either. All insurance is the same, it's the people factor that makes a difference and this agency does not have the character or the courage to support the community that keeps them in business. Shop around and find one that does.
