Short story: I got scammed…read more Long story: I hired Corum to evaluate several structural issues on my property. John Graf came out and evaluated the issues, and answered my questions. After payment, they supplied a report concerning the problems they found and potential solutions. After providing the report to several contractors, I was told I should contact Corum again to get clarifications about a couple of the recommendations. I contacted Corum for clarification on their recommendations, and after many calls, many texts, and many emails I have not received a response. To date, I have not received a response despite trying to contact them for two months. The purpose of hiring Corum was to get an evaluation, and instructions that were detailed enough to supply to a contractor to get the issues fixed. However, since I paid Corum, apparently they have no motivation to clarify a small mistake made in their report. Basically, they wrote some incomprehensible things in a report, and then vanished. They do not stand by their work. It is a terrible way to do business. Don't use Corum - if you have issues you will have to hire another company anyway.
