You quoted me a price and even tacked on extra, just in case. You charged me about 60% more on top of that, and the job was never completed either.
You said you'd have a two man crew working on the project, but instead started out with just one. Even when the second man showed up he was late, left early and when he was "on the job", he sat around most of the time.
We still have a number of boards that are rotted, yet you stained over them. Some new boards that you put down are not even screwed down. The second half of the deck was never stained and for some reason you power washed all the paint off the back door and left it exposed to the elements.
You charged me for lumber that was never used and left it on my front lawn. On top of leaving that mess, you also left all the old rotted lumber you removed in different piles around my deck. In addition to that, you also emptied you truck of rotted lumber from someone else's job.
Paint brushes, empty buckets of stain, screw containers, water bottles etc. were also left behind, including an old pressure washer of yours.
After collecting your money you claimed a man would be over that following weekend but he never showed. Finally after several months you contacted me about the job and when I mentioned that the cleanup was never done, you tried pinning the blame on me saying I should have contacted you, yet you're the one who said you knew exactly how much time your men spend at a job site because you have GPS tracking on all your vehicles.
I'll give you some credit, you seemed very concerned about the job not being up to par, and again promised to have a guy out to clean up the mess. You did text me asking to reschedule the cleanup for later that week and I agreed. Well another week has come and gone and I still have the same mess.
