Also the little girl at the desk has no manners & doesn't say thank you or bye. I will now be going elsewhere. I was in and out in 7 minutes, FULLY waxed. Things you need to keep in mind though: 1) You can't come without a reservation, and you have to text--not call-- to get one. She's usually fully booked so make sure to do so in advance. 2) this isn't your beauty spa experience, the place is very basic. Its clean, and for me that's the most important thing. 3) bring cash, she doesn't take card! 4) be prepared to undress in front of her, its not like other places where the aesthetician leaves the room and comes back to see you. I walked in and was seated right away to get them done. This is my first time coming to this salon, I moved the appointment twice on the same day and the…read morereceptionist was more than happy to move it for me. When I first got there, I was a little lost because the salon was on the fourth floor. After arriving, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and Lobna arrived. While I was going into the room, she left me for a few minutes to change and she came in with a smile. She took the time to make sure her job is well done before I changed back. Overall, I got 20$ off from the appointment because of one of the treatments that I did that required less maintenance. I really appreciated her professionalism and she did an amazing job on me. I am a regular customer now!
