I have made many purchases primarily clothing from here either via online or in person. Kohl's have many great brands. My favorite brand is Croft & Barrow. Their clothing is always of great quality. This store is bright, clean, and organized. Wonderful selections. Great value. They have Sephora in house. Online purchases are easy to make. Pick ups are usually fast and smooth. In person visits are fun because I get to stroll through the various sections. Staff are friendly and helpful. This Kohl's used to be a drop off location for Amazon and other business returns. I recently found out they no longer offer this service. Bummer! Hopefully, they will bring this service back. What I love most about Kohl's is their Kohl's Cash. I have saved so much money. We went back so that he could buy more of the exact same shirt. They were on sale last month - yippee! My husband has a nice jacket which was a gift. And, most recently, I bought the cutest linen blend culottes to wear to the beach on vacation. They were half price on clearance. They have high prices for quality clothing and accessories. Always have nice new dresses and tops & bottoms available with each season. However, I always shop the clearance racks first! Haha. Great deals there! Customer service is awesome. I never felt unwelcome. I did miss the ladies who helped me on my first couple shopping visits. The young lady and gent who were working there on our last visit (in June) were okay. The guy was helping other customers, but still grabbed a size for me (clearance item) from the back. He was nice and complimented the fit. I needed some beach wear for summer. Cute linen culottes to go with flip flops or platform sandals. Perfect for vacay mode (and getting away from the desert)! I never shopped at DKNY before moving here, but will always go when at the outlets to see what's new or on sale! Love their jackets, but it's just too hot here - even during the wintertime.

I got home and it wouldn't even go over my shoulders. I realized it was clearance, but when I brought it back, he would not give me a return. Then he said it would only get a store credit cause that's his policy, which I knew nothing about. Then he said because it was on clearance I wouldn't get anything back. Which he never told me about as well. There's nice stuff in there, but I don't like the owner and his returning policy and his lack of telling the client that makes me never want to go in there again. Be careful what you do when you go in there... He will not return anything. And he had an attitude which I did not appreciate.
