There were half a dozen customers in line ahead of me, but the wait was only about 5 minutes. After providing my name, address, and tracking #, I was told to check my mailbox again later that afternoon. Package arrived around 2:00 p.m.! I'm a senior citizen and have been to many post offices around the country. The folks running the service counter here in Apple Valley are second to none. Thank you.

Unfortunately, they did not have the ones I was looking for. They had the Rubbermaid brand though... these were almost double the price of the eco brand. No cigar and that's okay. I left without buying anything. This is the last time I would look for the eco brand. They just don't sell them anymore. Thank you anyway! Since I didn't buy anything, I didn't cross path with any staff, hence, I don't have any comments on them. The only reason why I gave them a 3 star is because they didn't carry the item I was looking for. It's just fair.

When a prong broke off, something inside said to look elsewhere. The many excellent Google reviews on Fast Fix had me curious. I stopped by and immediately knew I had found the right place. I was greeted by Denise, who was knowledgeable, friendly and warm. I was given a reasonable price to redo all the prongs, and promised to be done later that day. As promised, they called me to advise that my ring was ready. I went in to pick it up and met Natalie, who elevated this already wonderful experience even more. She's a certified appraiser, who had spent her life in this industry, working for Tiffany's for many years. She really knew her stuff and explained a lot about my diamond and what makes it so unique. She made some suggestions for future maintenance, but with zero pressure. She further explained that their onsite jeweler is a Master Jeweler, and what that distinction meant. One look at my new prongs and I totally agree. His workmanship is obviously much sturdier and more precise than any prongs I've had done previously at my other jewelers. They re-dipped my ring in rhodium and it looks spectacular! They even cleaned all my other rings and wowza!! I'm almost blinded by the brilliance! You will have a great experience here.

Brooks lost a customer because of their Sales person Briggs!!…read moreI've been a Brooks Pest Control customer for about four years and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I originally considered canceling because technicians sometimes didn't perform the service (verified on my security cameras) and I was charged for services that weren't completed. Brooks convinced me to stay by offering a discount and promising I wouldn't have to sign another contract. Recently, I called to increase my service from quarterly to every other month. Instead of honoring what had been promised, the salesperson, Briggs, tried to upsell me to a more expensive plan. When I asked Brooks to honor the agreement they made with me, he became rude and hung up on me. Ironically, when I called back to cancel, they immediately offered me an even bigger discount. By then, it wasn't about the money, it was about how I was treated. After four years of inconsistent service, billing issues, and now disrespectful customer service, I can't recommend Brooks Pest Control. There are better companies out there.
