If I could give zero stars, I would. I had almost forgotten about this company until I stumbled across their name. It reminded me of how they ripped me off $1600. Some years back, I was being hounded by the owner, Nicole, about creating a website. She came out of nowhere and said she was successful at building websites for court reporters. She would contact me about once a week. I was a sole owner of a business without any support staff and crazy busy. Although I was interested in creating a site, she kept pushing relentlessly until she finally had me sign some sort of contract. She claims it contained payment terms, although I can't remember seeing any. Before I knew it, I had been charged $1600 for a website that had not been created, nor was I prepared to embark on the project. When I informed her that I unknowingly discovered the charges, she put some flunkie on my project who offered no help at all and of course Nicole was nowhere to be found. Stay far away from this company. They misrepresent what they do and the attention they will give you, push hard until they get your money, and don't deliver on services. Nicole and Jen have been an absolute pleasure to work with. My old website was SO old and outdated. It was honestly embarrassing, but I always thought having a professionally done website was exorbitantly expensive and I just couldn't justify spending tons of money on something that didn't NEED to be fixed. All the information was correct on my old website, it just looked like crap... but it got the job done I guess. So, one day I got a call from Nicole and she spoke with me about their services and explained their pricing. I was blown away to learn that this was super affordable. They have been so patient with me... I have taken a long time to reply to their correspondence and such. I also know very little about tech stuff, so being able to speak with them and have them understand what I am looking for without knowing the correct terminology, or term has been very helpful. So.... come to the end of everything, and launch my new site and it looks AMAZING!!! Also, any changes that I have had to make Jen has been able to do for me very quickly. I didn't wind up working with this firm as they pulled a "bait and switch" on me, suggesting that I would be talking to the owner for some ideas and then being contacted by someone else, who didn't wind up calling - a third person did. When I told that person that I didn't like the way they handled me and was therefore not interested in talking to them here is the insulting, unprofessional email I got: "Sorry Jim, I dont listen to negative people. If you want to vent do it somewhere else. If you want to get serious about your embarrassing website change you attitude and get back in touch with me. Otherwise I wish you the best of luck. I was approached by them via email to do a website "review". The person who reviewed my website did a long speel about how my website was deplorable, and never stopped to ask me any questions about the type of customers that I get--just assumed that I got no-one from the web (which is not true), and went on to say that most people do not want to learn about my services or learn about what I do . However, the people that find me on the web give me lots of positive feedback about my website. Obviously, he does not know how to interact with people, so within 10 minutes, I told him I did not like how the consult was going and wanted to end it, and he continued to criticize my website in an even more insulting way, so I told him I would be hanging up on him. read more

I get a lot of emails from this company. They tell me my web site is not good, but it serves my purpose very well. I have asked them seven times to stop sending. Not interested in doing business with them. I'm still getting spam mailings from them a few months later. Make it seven times now I've asked them to desist. Too bad we can't give zero stars. Today I asked them to desist for a seventh time. Why would I want to do business with a company that doesn't get it? Lots of luck if you do business with this pest. Generic morons keep sending me the same emails over and over! Nobody asked you to "evaluate" (slam) my website. Once I replied a bit fresh, twice I asked to be removed from their list, 3 times is all out war! What kind of a business needs to poach other people's clients so badly that they have a standard letter to try to tell you what's being done wrong on your website, in their opinion? First the company contacted me via cold emailing me with a slightly arrogant email saying my website was bad. So I bit and listened to the sales pitch. I fell for it. I thought I could use a makeover anyways and what the perfect opportunity. The company put little work into the website and cried foul when I provided too much information to let them "design" a site. Started getting bullied by the project manager, which lead to an unfinished website and out a couple thousand dollars. I began to receive harassing phone calls and snarky emails from them. Ended up filing a police report for harassment and blocked their number. read more

I did a small project with them that was helpful. I paid them and understood the work to be done. Somehow, I got put into a monthly charge with them that I didn't approve and I cant get out. I have contacted them several times over the last 6 months to stop the charge and tey have not returned my call. Luckily my CC company is holding the payments because of my dispute. read more

I had an appointment with Onpoint last week to discuss my website. I was pretty surprised to hear what they had to say. I saw my website as a business card. People could look it up and find my phone number, but I never thought it could be something I would use to help make me more money. For any business who might not be saavy about their current web design and how it's doing, Onpoint continually uses fear based tactics in its business solicitations stating that the business' website had a variety of deficiencies. Yet, this is a canned list that isn't based in any type of actual viewing of your website. It just tries to make you feel your website is underperforming. Even if your site needs work, in my opinion, you don't want to work with a company would use such "red flag" tactics. Worse is that this business goes to our website and completes our contact form so it's not an "email" that would fall under CANSPAM...yet it is SPAM. Even more obnoxious, is the fact that they have done this over and over, and I've requested multiple times for them to remove us from their solicitation list. Based on how they solicit business I personally would never use them...and tell anyone else not to even consider them. I agree with Bill P. zero stars simply based on their sales tactics. Have received a number of emails from this firm. Each email is identical and tells me my website is old and outdated (its not). By all appearances, this firm creates generic looking websites from preexisting templates. Pretty sad. I've asked them repeatedly to stop sending me their SPAM but they persist. I have a feeling the positive reviews on here are written by their employees. read more
