What this means is, if you are clear about your needs, he will get the work done on time and on budget. On top of that, so much of web/graphic design these days happens behind your back, maybe it's just being pawned off overseas to subcontractors or something? I don't like that. Andy doesn't do that. Andy is VERY local. You've seen him around town, you just don't know that's him. Why even consider a design guy who isn't close by and invested in your community? Andy has a command for 2 things in particular. Font & Color. It can be so frustrating to work with a designer who "just doesn't get it", you try to pull them one way and they resist, shrinking back down into their hole... okay, that was a little too colorful, I'll admit, but if you've ever dealt with them, you KNOW what I'm talking about.
