It is used extensively and with Orion's expertise we were able to purchase our appliances etc "off the shelf" with little limitation. They maintained close coordination throughout the project with the architect, roofing and electrical subcontractors to seamlessly install and integrate an 18 panel solar array on a south facing detached garage that delivers 100% of our household's electrical needs. We had the huge misfortune of choosing a different Solar installer from the Bozeman area. We had many problems with our unfortunate choice. We really needed help to make the best of a bad situation, the people from Onsite have been wonderful. They have helped us over the phone to help troubleshoot installation deficiencies and were able help us get our system working. As I indicated in my previous review, my installation and upgrade had some problems. Onsite has followed through with a good effort to make things right. Particular kudos for their installer, Sam, who went the extra mile over the holidays to get my system working. I strongly recommend rooftop solar, and I'm pleased with the system onsite installed. Extremely rude management. Best to totally avoid the company. Without even learning my requirements the head of the company sent me an email saying he was not interested in my business. Not that they don't serve my area (they do, most likely), not that they are overly busy at the time (my timeframe isn't immediate and he did not indicate anything about being busy), not anything else.
