A few weeks ago, my usually perfectly running laptop suddenly crashed and refused to boot up. I was especially upset because I hadn't backed up any of my important data since July. As a longtime Geek Squad member, I was used to relying on them to fix my laptop and at least retrieve my files -- so I was shocked when I was told they wouldn't even look at it because it was "too old" (purchased in 2020!) for their technicians to bother with. Desperate, we contacted OnSite Geeks and spoke with Sam, the owner. Over the phone, he immediately reassured me -- not only would he do everything possible to get the laptop running, but he was confident he could recover my data. Because I live quite a distance from their shop, Sam even arranged for a technician to meet us at a mutually convenient location. Incredible service! Within a week, my laptop was fully repaired, running perfectly, and every bit of my data was restored. The price was very reasonable--and most notably it was the price quoted--not sudden fees added. And remarkably, Sam personally delivered the laptop back to me at the same meeting point, saving me the extra driving time once again. I truly cannot recommend OnSite Geeks enough. My iMac needed a hinge repair and was very dusty. The OnSite Geeks tech picked it up and took it away for servicing and then brought it back. The repair was affordable and my computer is working great now. The only problem was that it took a while to get my computer back - about 3 weeks. The delay wasn't their fault though. It took a long time for 2 parts to come from China due to the Golden Week holiday in that country. I would definitely call them again. read more

I switched from Shaw to Uniserve Internet and needed my router (WI FI) to be set up. The technician came on time. I was impressed by his professionalism and how he nicely explained everything to me. It was 10 minutes left to the full hour and he offered me to clean my computer as it was full of junk files (backlog from work on internet). At the end he said that there is 30 days warranty if something doesn't work. Also he mentioned recycling program - if I have any electronic to recycle just call them - no need to take it myself. I would gladly recommend OnSite GEEKS to anyone who needs any help with computer work. read more

I needed a new keyboard installed on my Laptop and they said they would do it but the guy who worked on it did not know what he was doing and got the wrong model and on top of that this employee of a computer repair shop lifted up my laptop while HOLDING THE SCREEN WITH HIS THUMB!! THIS RESULTED IN MY SCREEN BEING DAMAGED AND RUINED MY DAMN LAPTOP!!

The worse experience I had when dealing with an IT company. A complete fraud, I gave my laptop for repairs and they promised me it would be done within a day but it was never the case. They kept my laptop for a couple of days and who knows what they did with my private information since there were no guarantees that it would be protected. They didn't even bother to call me back and let me know what was going on after the one day delay. I have to call them and asked what happened to the promised one day delay. And to come and claim a charge of almost $500 for the repairs was mind-blowing. They also gave me a used charger instead of a new one which of course was useless but charged me for a brand new one. When they were confronted with the used charger they claimed it was never from them and that the 30 days was over and I can't do anything about it. Trust is the most important thing when giving your laptop to anyone. Protect yourself. I regret having trusted those people and would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

My experience with Onsite Geeks is excellent! I was using an IT support company almost three years and paying three times more than whatever I am paying monthly to Onsite Geeks. Previous company was charging me even for their own mistake and monthly charges were going up month over month. After meeting Onsite Geeks team, now I have been saving 2/3rd of my monthly expenses. Their response time is so quick I wish I run my business like them! If someone is looking for a dedicated IT support company then Onsite Geeks is the best choice. read more

OnSite Geeeks have been our "go to" IT help for the last three years. They are always extremely prompt, friendly and professional - even making house calls within hours of a cry for help.
