I had a tree come down on my garage in one of our wind storms. Quality was there in less than 24…read morehours. They had the equipment to lift the tree off the garage, cut down the remainder of the tree and had the mess cleaned up in less than a day. They chipped up all the small stuff and cut the bigger stuff up so I could split it for firewood. A couple of weeks later had them take down more trees that were dead and threating my power line. He quickly prepared an estimate and explained everything thoroughly. Roland showed up on time - (He was there when he said he would be) even letting me know he was in his way 45 minutes out. The work was thorough, Roland even made adjustments to the existing garage door to allow it to close more smoothly. When the job was complete, the job site was cleaned up and returned to original condition. Roland would not give me a quoate after I asked for one four times. He intended to do the job…read morewithout a quote. He said he would repair our existing doors on one garage then install a new door on a small barn. Then he said he would not repair the existing doors. He claimed the door opening built by the barn contractor was completely wrong and offered to have his friend fix it for $1,800. Instead the barn contractor added a 2x4 at the header and boxed out the sides a bit for free. Roland tried to pressure me in to proceeding with him. He said he misquoted the job and lowered the price by a thousand dolalrs. After having met with him twice and spending a lot of time texting I had no way of knowing what he was and wasn't go to do so I went with a different company.

I know that we didn't see everything there was to see in the time that we were there, but we purchased some bars of handcrafted soap, and will definitely be back again when back in the area.
