If at times we have to wait or we don't fully understand the logistics of the system, it's important to remember that every exam is different. I even saw a lady jump ahead of me insisting she was first, but clearly her exam was not the same as mine. This place deals with people all day--some sick, some not--and we must understand that they are human just like us, doing their best with the workload they have. This time, my exams were done by the amazing and friendly Sabina. She was very professional, and I am very happy with the results.

They said I needed a requisition form from my doctor, which was faxed to them well over a month in advance. When I showed up for the appointment they then told me I needed a requisition from an Ontario doctor No other appointments were available that day and I had to fly out the next day, so I had to spend the day going to a walk-in clinic for the requisition, then another walk-in clinic for the scan, wasting my day while my son and husband had to wait around and waste their day as well. All while keeping a full bladder for hours so I'd be ready when called for the walk-in scan. Terrible customer service considering they should have know when the requisition was faxed that they needed one from an Ontario doctor and let me know.

The wait time isn't that long and I was able to see the technician in 20 mins for my ultrasound. Farah, my technician was very nice and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and even let me take a video of the ultrasound for my husband since they only allow one person at a time because of Covid. Overall, really good experience. I think I prefer this place over my regular place and will be coming back for sure

During my first visit, I chose to overlook the agent's rude behavior. However, on my second visit, the same agent was again very rude and dismissive. She did not explain information clearly or politely, and her tone came across as sarcastic rather than helpful. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and many visitors are unwell or already under stress. In such situations, professionalism, patience, and respectful communication are essential. Unfortunately, her behavior negatively affected my experience and was not reflective of the level of service one would expect. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as courteous communication makes a significant difference in a customer or patient's day. I am almost 15 weeks and she was able to tell us the gender of our baby girl right off the bat! It was a wonderful experience and made us all emotional. Not to mention the stuffed animal with the heart beat of our baby, all of the photos, and cute little gifts.
