They clearly just wanted to pack the schedule. Instead, they lost a patient, lost the insurance billing, and I'm at a loss for taking care of my medical need. Very disappointing. It's also appears to be a major issue with this office because many of the low star reviews say the same thing. Please look through the Yelp and Google reviews to see that this is not a one-off complaint. This is a very poor representation of medical care or woman prioritization. They do not want to actually see patients or accommodate the poor directions or complicated building.

The nurses also always answer the phone promptly when I call worried about something and answer my questions with no judgement. They have also worked with me after I had to change insurance after about 2 months. I went from a private insurance to Medicaid and I was very worried that I would be treated different for having medicaid, as is the case for a lot of places sadly, and I was not at all! My wife needed PT, and they say they billed correctly to our insurance, but they billed it as workers comp when it wasn't. They continued to contact us about a bill we never received, that they say we owe from sometime in 2025, but I cannot match to an EOB from the insurance company. We have tried for over a year to get them to correct their bill, and they would always say they would review it. They never review it, the people we talk to simply believe what is on the computer, because everyone knows the internet is 100% true because it is on a computer. I simply want to know what they are billing us for. we ask for date of service and get 8/1/25 - 8/31/25 with one price, then we ask for clarification, and tell them we hit our OOP max prior to 8/1/25 and we get another date of service of 4/1/25 - 4/31/25 with an adjusted price. I ask if there is more than one bill and they state there is only one bill, so I do not know if they are balance billing (illegal) or trying to bill us for additional services never rendered because we have not seen a bill, and they do not share a copy of the original bill. They continue to move the date of service around, adjust the price by a few dollars and nothing can be matched up to an EOB from my insurance company. Such seedy tactics over $308, or $388, they just need to share information with us to get this squared away.

I found that some of the staff seemed to have that going on and gave me the feeling if you're not 20 or 30 they see you as "old". The last time I was there it was a bit better but there is sort of an ageist vibe going on, that would leave me uneasy after each visit. I know that people age. So will that younger staff that seem to think they are going to be the same age forever. It doesn't mean middle aged people are old, they are middle aged. I'm active, exercise, am relatively fit and look significantly younger to most people, including doctors aids /nurses with some being curious about the skincare I'm using but understood it's mostly genetics, no botox etc. When I went to get my first colonoscopy last year the nurse said she did a double take of my age on my chart because i didn't look my age to her. So stop trying to make women that are not old feel old because they are not 25 or 30, at a Woman's clinic. You can discuss aging without being condescending or coming off like I've depreciated in value, thank you. It comes off as catty and unprofessional. My appointment was at 9:00am and I walked in and checked in at 9:10am, late because there was an accident on I-25N which slowed me way down. The lady at the front desk told me she would have to check with Dr. Townsend to see if she could still see me since I was 10 minutes late. I was not aware or even made aware that they had this new "10 minute late policy" Never have I been taken into a room right at my appointment time. I have always waited a good 15 minutes before they took me back and then I waited in the room for the doctor another 10 to 15 minutes. I guess my time is not as important as the doctors time. I live 45 minutes from Swedish Hospital (All About Women's Care) and then to be told that I have to reschedule was absolutely ridiculous. NEVER WILL I REFER ANYONE TO ALL ABOUT WOMEN'S CARE. I have referred several of my friends to All About Women's Care over the years, and never will I do that again. If this is how they treat their patients who have been with them for 26 years, they obviously don't care about their patients. Now that Dr. Susan Peck has retired, this office has gone way down hill. She advised a preauth was required for a new IUD. Preauth takes 24 hours so booking several weeks out was ideal, she said. Gave her all my insurance info, etc. Plenty of time to get it worked through. It was also ideal bc my work schedule is out of control and I office one hour away from this practice. I rescheduled meetings to make this appointment... Had to take a half day off, arrived early to fill out all paperwork, etc. Advised upon being seated in exam room that they failed to get the preauth and I would have to make another appointment. Ha- absolutely absurd!! They apologized and admitted error, but apologies do little if you are a busy professional and/or a busy mom and under intense pressure. Reschedule?? With the incompetents that can't do BASIC and admittedly quick paperwork? The intentionality of planning, talking to the MA, and my time was completely wasted. The least they could have done was to call me ahead and rescheduled- not force me to drive there take time off, etc. Basic courtesy. But they didn't even bother to do that. It does not matter how good your provider is (or might be)- if the lower level staff fail to perform, well, the entire practice will suffer and patient experience will be poor. Office culture will suffer. Ultimately, patient care suffers. I will not return.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bury…read more We just had our first pregnancy / childbirth through Dr. Bury. I don't want to fill this page with specifics, so I will just say that regardless of whatever complication my wife had (blood clotting disorder), Dr. Bury handled it correctly. He would always answer our questions with what he thought was correct, and then what experiences he's had that makes him think that. He's been doing this for like 300 years, so he treats everything like it isn't a big deal (it's nice... we were freaking out about everything!) He has a great, dry sense of humor, so going to prenatal appointments were actually a lot of fun. Our delivery day took longer and had a few more complications than we would've liked (none of them Dr. Bury's fault), but Dr. Bury respected our birthing requests but also advised us what he thought the best action plan was. For what it's worth, we have talked to multiple other women who Dr. Bury delivered for... all of them have nothing but amazing things to say about him as well.
