I'm still currently pregnant so I will update as it continues! But so far I have loved this practice. Dr. Granadillo is actually my favorite, she is always very knowledgeable for me and answers all my crazy first-time mom questions and understands that I don't know what to expect for anything. I haven't met is Dr. Lingle, which I honestly don't mind because I feel like I would personally be uncomfortable with a male doctor. The nurses also always answer the phone promptly when I call worried about something and answer my questions with no judgement. They have also worked with me after I had to change insurance after about 2 months. I went from a private insurance to Medicaid and I was very worried that I would be treated different for having medicaid, as is the case for a lot of places sadly, and I was not at all! I absolutely love this office and their staff. I currently see Dr Wynn for infertility treatments (ttc for over 2 years) and she and her nurses are an absolute charm. Both Dr Wynn and her nurses have helped myself and my husband through a very long and difficult journey of trying to conceive and I have only had great experiences with these staff members. Dr Wynn has and is doing absolutely everything she can for us in our infertility journey before she sends us to CCRM. But I trust in their office that they will continue to do their best for us! I have had one unfortunate situation with one of their doctors (not Dr Wynn), but I spoke with their manager last year about it, and she was so kind and reassuring. read more

There are two offices to choose from; Sky Ridge office and Swedish office. I personally prefer Sky Ridge. The office has five doctors total, four women and one man. ALL of the doc's really make you feel well taken care of and important to them. The office staff is the TOPS. I love them. I had twins, so I had a world of concerns that most singleton mom's would not have, and the office was really helpful and there for me. I would even venture to have people switch from their current OB office and go to South Metro Ob-GYN. read more

I am currently expecting my first child and moved to CO from SoCal midway through this pregnancy. I could not be happier with the doctors and staff at South Metro OBGYN! They are all so wonderful - everyone I've interacted with has been great, including the billing dept. and reception. I have been seen by each doctor in the practice so far, as any one of them could be on call when it's time for me to deliver baby - so they make sure to schedule patients with each practitioner before D-Day - that way we know each other! I've been going to all appointments at their Sky Ridge location, which is VERY nice. HIGHLIGHTS: - The hospital (Sky Ridge) offers free valet parking in front of the office building (Aspen Building) where their office is located - EASY! Very appreciated. - They also have a parking garage (free) but I haven't parked there (um hello valet!) - Ultrasounds are done in office as well, and labwork right downstairs Sincerely, couldn't be happier with this practice and all of the doctors. I liked my OB in California BUT this practice is even better! 100% would recommend to anyone seeking an OB or GYN. read more

I am writing this review because I recently moved to California and am devastated that I will get pregnant and deliver my second child without this group! I was recommended by a work colleague when I moved to Colorado pregnant with my first. It is scary finding a new doctor mid pregnancy but this group is amazing. I saw Dr. Lisa Wynn who also delivered my daughter and it was the most amazing experience. From every prenatal appointment to delivery and after for check-ups. I even saw a few of the other doctors in the group and EVERYONE was fantastic, I would have trusted any of them in the delivery room come the day. I love this office. All of the doctors are wonderful. I recently had a hysterectomy. I was frightened for years to do it. Dr. Wynn was very patient with me and explained everything to me. The surgery was easy and recovery went so much faster than I could have expected. I was driving and back to normal activities within a few weeks. Very rude and unpleasant phone staff. I've spoken to them 3 times and each time they have been very rude and unpleasant to me. Its very difficult to get an appt within 5 days. The administrative staff needs to be more senstive and warm to new patients. I will be looking else where. read more

I moved out of state almost two years ago and I still wait until my trips back home to be cared for at South Metro OB/GYN. The office is incredibly well-run. Worst and most traumatic experience. Dr. stripped membranes without warning- extremely painful, no verbal preparation. After delivery, I had some complications- Dr. wondered if there was any remaining tissue- she put a metal scraper in my uterus and scraped repeatedly without Amy pain management. My husband had to ask her to stop as I was in agony. male Dr grabbed my breasts in the hospital room in passing while I was dressed and said, "Yup, your milk is coming in". With so many wonderful choices in doctors, this is far too an important decision to settle upon. read more

Dr. Lingle is the only person in this office who smiles and makes visiting a pleasant experience. Five stars for him, barely one for the rest of the office. From my very first appointment it was very clear this team is all about your money and not about you. Their admin girls are very rude and literally did not want to let me be seen because I did not have my insurance card at the time of my first appointment. I misplaced it, but I am still human. I'm a patient on my first pregnancy here to seek medical treatment and you're talking to me about money??? I understand that's how their office stays in business but they made me feel like a dollar sign rather than a patient on SEVERAL different occasions. There's one admin girl in particular, I was never able to get her name but she's fairly tall, bigger in size, Caucasian and she made me never want to return to that office the moment I walked in. I think this office needs work especially if I'm not the only patient who felt that way and ended up leaving. Thank you for being awesome Dr. Lingle! The doctors, nurses, assistants, and staff here are nothing but professional, competent, kind, and wonderful. I am expecting twins and am therefore at their office frequently. I have never once felt like my many questions were not being answered or that their recommendations and decisions were left unexplained. They are always gracious in making sure I understand and am comfortable with the prescribed treatment. I have had to call the on-call physicians after hours a couple of times, and they were prompt in returning the calls and making sure I was taken care of. While I can't speak for the few negative reviews posted a a couple of years ago, the doctors and staff here deserve 5 stars. Bottom line: my twins and I are receiving excellent care; I'm very particular about doctors and would not hesitate to go elsewhere if I thought the care would be better. I highly recommend the doctors at South Metro OB/GYN. read more

I have been going to South Metro OB/Gyn for 10 plus years. This medical practice is by far the best medical group I have ever gone to. The care and compassion they have shown me over the years by far exceeds my expectations. Dr McGould has been my primary doctor but I have met all of the OB doctors within this group and could not be more pleased. I didn't have any problems with the service itself and was satisfied with my experience in the office. However, I did have a problem with their billing processes. When I arrived they asked to keep a credit card on file along with my insurance card. In the office, I inadvertently gave them an old insurance card that was no longer active. It wasn't until I received a bill from another doctor that I had gone to a couple months prior where I realized that that insurance card was not in effect...completely my fault. I contacted Southmetro to let them know that I had a different insurance card and uploaded the information onto the portal. I didn't hear anything back and about 2 weeks later I saw that the outstanding charge had been deducted from my bank account. I never received a bill and no one ever notified me that they were going to charge my card prior to doing it. I don't think I will be returning because of their billing practices. My appointment was in October and the payment was deducted at the beginning of December and have yet to receive any sort of statement for it through mail or through the portal and have not received my reimbursement yet. I understand that it was my mix up, but they couldn't even call first to notify me that they were going to be charging my debit card $300. read more

Every doctor who works in this office is FANTASTIC! I knew I would be in good hands when I went into labor, regardless of who was on call. Dr. McGould ultimately delivered my baby, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She is GREAT at what she does. She spent more time with me than I would have expected from a doctor, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole labor/delivery. i switched to this office over a year ago when i had friends tell me how much they liked it. I am so happy I switched. Doctor Wynn is very sweet and explains everything to me! I LOVE the nurses in this office, they always are there to answer any questions you have and really have your best interest in heart. I have been a patient since 2007 and have seen all of the doctors over the years. They are all patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and skilled. But Dr. Lingle is my favorite. He was there for me through years of infertility and finally for the joyous pregnancy with my daughter. I had to go to a different practice for a short amount of time due to an insurance issue. I really, really missed Dr. Lingle and staff while I was there. The other OBGYN I saw during that short period of time unnecessarily scared me about my condition, was extremely negative, and left a bad taste in my mouth. When the opportunity arose to change insurance and come back to South Metro, I jumped at the chance. I'm so happy to be back "home." Shout out to the nurse Linette - she's the best. read more

This is my 3rd child and Dr Racheal Corbett is my Dr there I as well see all others and she has been wonderful with my past deliveries and current terms I've been seeing her for the past 7 years and cant ask for a more careing and better staff. Dr. Lingle has been my primary gynecologist since I was in high school. I am now 27 years old, and have moved to two other states, and another country since I graduated. Obviously, I've had to see other gyno's in the different places I lived due to the distance, but I ALWAYS called Dr. Lingle to receive his approval/direction regarding anything the other gyno's told me. I trust him ONLY; he's the only gynecologist who could accurately diagnose me with the right birth control after the first time that I saw him in high school. Here's the story -- I was 110 pounds in high school (still am now) and tried every birth control under the sun that my previous gynecologist recommended. My body does not react well to hormones, so I went through about 10 different kinds of birth controls and couldn't find one that didn't make me a total basket case. I switched doctors and went to Dr. Lingle whose first suggestion was the nuvaring -- I tried it and finally -- a birth control that fit well with my body. I used the nuvaring until I was 24 -- I was considering switching to the IUD because it was the cheapest, easiest and most effective form of birth control. I went to my gyno in the state I was living in who performed the procedure that would determine if one would fit or not. I passed. I asked the gyno about the IUD and she told me it works with some people, it doesn't work with others. I always do lots and lots of research on these things -- it's my body and it's so important to truly understand what you're doing to it/putting in it. I read all sorts of conflicting stories (horror and wonderful) about the IUD but I had NO idea what to believe. So of course, I called Dr. Lingle and he told me that all birth controls present risks regardless of the one you choose. He gave me the truth about the history of the IUD (good and bad), people of my age and weight who have used it before, but most importantly, he told me he thought it was safe to try based off of what he knows about my body and issues with hormones. 3 years later -- still have it. I moved back to Colorado one year ago, saw him then and just scheduled my yearly with him in the next few months! I wouldn't go elsewhere, or recommend anyone else. He's the best. read more

I have found Dr. Granadillo to be a low-energy doctor who lacks curiosity about her patients. She pushes products on me every time I go in, rather than refer me to other doctors or ask more questions. After my last well woman appointment I felt like opportunities for discussing important issues were brushed under the rug. I'll be finding another gynecologist. read more

I have been a patient at South Metro OB/GYN for the past ten years. I used to be walking distance from their Swedish practice, but have since moved. In being pregnant with my third, I considered a switch to a practice closer to our new home in Northeast Denver. But every time I look at my previous c-section scar, I'm reminded of the phenomenal care I've received at South Metro, and specifically from Dr. Lingle, over the past decade. Though it's now a 40 minute trek to their office, it's worth every minute. Everyone at the practice has been kind, welcoming, caring and communicative. Dr. Lingle's care goes above and beyond expectation. He remembers details of your family, always goes the extra mile listening to concerns and providing thoughtful answers. He's even made my husband enjoy going to the OB with me! Plus, he's an incredibly skilled surgeon. My c-section scar barely measures 4 inches across, and is so faded that you'd barely notice it at all. I've had two (he did not do my first) and the difference between the scars is pretty incredible (the second replaced the first, so there is only one scar - but it's an upgrade!). I've sent several friends to South Metro, and they've all been thrilled with their care. I can't recommend this practice highly enough! read more

Extremely poor patient service. After incorrectly installing an IUD, the office refused to see the patient to correct the problem because the patient, who now lives abroad and is only going to be in town one weekend in the next year because the patient (who would be flying 18 hours and arriving late on a Friday night, and leaving early on a Monday morning) couldn't get to the office during their regular office hours: "We don't work on Saturdays." I'm in the service industry too, and if I told a client that "I don't work at night/on Saturdays/early in the AM, or whatever" I would be fired. Well, this group has been fired. And now the patient has to find a doctor who can deal with this office's malpractice in Beijing. read more

Honestly this is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Dr. Lingle is great but Dr. Corbett has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have seen. I have never been so uncomfortable to go to the doctor. She makes you feel unimportant and like she really doesn't care. I have been sick for quite some time and no one here was able to diagnose my condition. I would not recommend Dr. Corbett to anyone. I would not recommend this office for multiple reasons. I went in for an appt confirming I was pregnant. I was not made to feel joyful or excitement. The physician I saw didn't look me in the eyes or smile for near an hour I was there. The next reason is they sent out my blood work billing statement without my insurance. I got two separate bills to total $1,000. Luckily, I knew enough to call and both offices said they never got my insurance. I still have not gotten everything straightened out though unfortunately. read more

I had a few terrible experiences at South Metro. While I loved working with Dr. McGould, who delivered my first child, I cannot recommend Dr. Granadillo. She is a poor communicator and is generally insensitive. My experiences with her and with the office manager, Dee Dee Weaver, have been shockingly negative. Because I often could not choose which doctor I would see, I became stuck working with the doctors whose schedules were the most open. There is a reason why some doctors are perpetually overbooked while others are not. I have since moved on to a much better practice. read more

I was referred by my former ob/gyn to see Dr.Corbett and I am so thankful I was! After seeing numerous ob/gyns (some dismissing my pain and making me feel as though I am crazy) I tend to be a little nervous before any consult when having to discuss my chronic and debilitating pelvic pain. Dr.Corbett was extremely genuine, kind, compassionate, and listened very well. Often times it can be a struggle to find a physician who can listen to my story for 30+ minutes and be able to hear and process everything I expressed. After seeing so many ob/gyns I thought I knew it all but she shared a couple more facts and other tid bits about PCOS and contraception for painful periods that I never heard of. About 1.5 hrs after our appointment she called me from her cell (after their office hours) to let me know she had an idea for something to manage my pain. Any other time I've left a message with her office she always calls me back even when it's after 5pm. This is such a gift, it is clear to me that she deeply cares for her patients. Because of her I was referred to the pelvic Solutions Center (another place I recommend) and was given a diagnosis no other ob/gyns I had seen even thought of. Dr. Corbett's office is very well organized. All of the receptionists are incredibly kind and I rarely have to leave a voicemail because they are pretty much always answering. Most importantly, Dr.Corbett hears her patients and will do whatever she can to help you find relief and a solution. Thank you so much Dr.Corbett! read more

My wife is patient with the doc office. The staff wasn't really good. I am really upset the way they responded to do a pre-authorization for a medicine. I understand the insurance companies are a bit of pain on this ,but the doctors office should respond to the patient needs but they weren't. . We have to chase and make tons of calls to the doc office staff to respond to the pre-auth which they miserable failed to respond in time, lied to us. read more

I am writing this review to warn other female patients from unprofessional, smug physicians like Dr. Harding at South Metro. I had booked an appt with her after an abnormal pap, so that I could ask questions and get a better understanding of what was going on. Dr. Harding showed up almost 30 minutes late (while I was in my gown on the table) because she was coming from a delivery, which she proceeded to tell me about for the first 10 minutes of our appointment. And then because SHE was in a hurry to get to her next patient, she balked when I pulled out my post-it note of questions. In answering my questions, she was impatient, rude, and extremely condescending. Finally, I requested my medical records because I was moving, and in reading over them, I discovered Dr. Harding had put: Patient says she "passed out" from prior colpo and then put a smiley face! Quotes and a smiley face for what reason?! As if I am lying? Do not go to Dr. Harding. She will not listen to you, will not answer your questions, and will treat you like you are beneath her. read more
