So we quite literally go down the Rabbit Hole. Music was alternatively loud and not loud, different DJ's with EDM and drum/bass loops. Not too loud that you couldn't have a conversation but loud enough that it set a good mood. There are a number of different spaces here and it did get quite busy. Beer was cold, the people were nice and we had an enjoyable time. Lots of interesting things to look at. Great black and white theme, a number of rabbits all about too. One of them, very judge-y. Right on the entrance there was an extremely rude bouncer, who screwed our mood so much that we just turned and left for good. Service is better at the public toilets in the subway all around Prague than at this place. Moreover, not long before my friend had come there and lost her wallet, one of the staff found it and confirmed it on the phone but when she came to pick it up they just did not return it to her, commenting it "it was not yours". Apparently, there were a lot of the same guess black wallets with her documents inside lost that night. Another friend was robed there. Thus, if you want to be robed, be treated as a piece of something and pay for this, come to M1.

You can make reservations and pay ahead of time, which is probably a good idea in the evening, although we had reservations for a 12:30 visit. Only a small amount of people are allowed in at a time, and each group is for 20 minutes. At first I thought that was too short, but, let me tell you, 20 minutes is just the right amount of time when you are hanging out in an ice cube. When you check in, your given a chip to give to the bartender. Before you enter, you are given a faux fur-lined poncho and gloves. The bar (freezer) doors are opened and then closed behind you after you've entered. All around you are ice walls and sculptures, with two large ice thrones with faux fur in the seat. Go down the steps to the bar, where you can choose from beer or cocktails. The drinks come in an ice glass, so those gloves really come in handy. Just about the time your drink is gone and you've taken some pictures, you realize how cold it's getting and the for opens and the meeting leaves. Keep in mind that this is a small place--just a big freezer, really. I thought it was pretty fun place to grab a drink, and was so glad we did. But if you go expecting a giant ice palace with Ana and Elsa singing "Let It Go," you'll be underwhelmed. As for me, I give it a thumbs up!

Last night, I went to the bar at 1:50 and waited but the bartenders were obviously ignoring me and the two girls next to me. At 1:55 they said it was the end of the free drink special even though according to cell phone times we still had 5 min. This wouldn't bother me as much but they were very rude about it. They were kind of making fun of me and the other girl next to me that we didn't get free drinks. They kept pointing at their watches and mocking us. This definitely has put a new idea in my head about KU Bar. If they don't want to give out drinks the whole time, they should lessen the time frame.
