I came across Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic in April of 2025 after I found out I was pregnant. Because I have a history of ectopic pregnancies, I knew I needed to act quickly and find out whether I was facing another ectopic pregnancy or if I was finally pregnant with my miracle baby. I called Open Arms because the only other clinic I could find in my area was overbooked and couldn't see me until the following week. Open Arms was also booked and initially told me they only had availability that Saturday. Since it was only Monday, I didn't want to sit with the uncertainty for six days, especially since I didn't have insurance at the time and they were the only clinic I could find through Google. A few minutes after I got off the phone, they called me back and told me there had been a cancellation for that afternoon and asked if I wanted to come in. I was thrilled and made my way there after work. From the moment I walked into the waiting room, the clinic felt peaceful and welcoming. Everything was clean, organized, and cute, which helped lessen my anxiety since I had come alone. My husband was still working and wasn't able to come with me. Once I was taken to the back, I met the nurse, and she was genuinely one of the kindest people. I explained my situation and told her what symptoms I had been experiencing. While she didn't promise me that everything was okay, she did reassure me that some of my symptoms seemed consistent with a healthy pregnancy. When it was finally time for the ultrasound, I was so nervous but also so eager to know if my baby was okay. The moment they scanned my belly, my precious baby popped into view, showing a healthy pregnancy. After everything I had been through, that moment meant more to me than I can fully explain. Open Arms later offered me pregnancy classes, which I could take either in person or online. Since I lived pretty far away, I chose to watch the videos online. After I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in December, they also offered me parenting classes. This time, I decided to attend in person. The classes have been incredibly informative and have helped me prepare for my baby's milestones and learn how to support him through each stage of his development. After each class, Open Arms takes me to their baby closet area, where they let me choose clothes, formula, diapers, wipes, and other helpful baby items. This clinic has been such an incredible blessing to me and my son. I truly can't thank the staff enough for all their support, kindness, and care. They are definitely God-sent. read more

My experience with Open Arms Clinic was extremely positive! I've had work changes that affected my insurance just after finding out I was pregnant around 4 weeks. Unfortunately, due to this, I wasn't able to schedule my first OB appointment unless I wanted to pay 1k out of pocket. I found Open Arms clinic while searching for ultrasound clinics with the goal of checking for viable and healthy pregnancy prior to reinstating my insurance. I was only looking for a confirmatory ultrasound, but they provided so much more! Everyone was extremely kind and professional! The clinic was clean and very well presented. They have you talk with a case manager that can provide a lot of resources for expecting mothers who may be struggling financially or lack familial/emotional support. They have open conversations about options such as adoption and abortion and never once gave off the feeling of judgement. I also discovered they offer bimonthly classes depending on the stage of your pregnancy journey for education and that can help you cope with the nerves of pregnancy, which is especially important to me as a first time mother. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking support and can't rave about them enough. read more

Do not go here!! They are very uneducated nurses that don't know the basics about obstetrics and women's health. Also very weirdly religious and ask religious questions like if you're baptized?? It's extremely judgmental and off putting. I understand that unfortunately this is the only choice for many struggling women but it's sad that this is the level of care they are offered. read more

I happened to find Open Arms as part of my search and scheduled an appointment via text. From the beginning they have been very thorough and helpful so I was eased of any uncomfortable office setting as this is my first pregnancy. When we arrived I was relieved to see such a friendly group of people who love what they do! Bella was so nice and supportive and really helped to explain the tools and groundwork for the future. Gilma performed an ultrasound and made sure I knew where to start and things to possibly expect and/or avoid. Everyone cares about your health and they really do lay a foundation to help families at all stages which I think is great. My boyfriend was also given information about programs and helpful guidance as we are both new to this. All the women here are so very caring and helpful. They truly want to help you understand your options, feelings and be sure of your decision. The staff and my whole experience here at Open Arms were far beyond what I expected. I found out I was pregnant and unfortunately in between insurance coverage so when I found them it was definitely God sent. Making an appointment was super easy. The staff was super nice from the first call. Jenna was so good at explaining everything for me and Arsi was just beyond. Our baby was playing hide and go seek but she was so patient and was able to scan and we were able to see their little heart beat. I can't believe how lucky we got in finding this clinic. When I went to the pregnancy clinic, I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious--but from the moment I walked in, every single staff member treated me with kindness and respect. I came in to get a pregnancy test and to also confirm that i am indeed pregnant . Everyone from the front desk to case manager (May), nurse (Abrey), and sonographer (Arsi) were soooo nice , caring, and knowledgeable! it's a very clean and welcoming office & the quality of care is above & beyond what you would expect . I went in for a pregnancy test and they did an ultrasound. They told me my options, the services they offered, and sent me on my way. The case manager Pam was so sweet and understanding. She is very positive. The nurse Gilma was also very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me great advice and talked me through everything. This is a great place to go if you feel like you might be pregnant. The place is a lot warmer and the people are more attentive and friendly than other places. You can tell these women actually care and love what they do. They accept donations new and used for the expecting mommies, so if you have any baby things you'd like to donate please consider bringing it here. The parking lot is shared with other offices in the building but there is plenty of it. It is located on the 3rd floor. read more

I had the most amazing experience here yesterday! Starting with the very sweet receptionist I believe her name was Aubrey but I may have that wrong. She made me feel so comfortable right away. Then I had the best nurse EVER her name is Arsi. She was incredibly kind, patient, and sensitive as this is a serious appointment. I immediately felt so safe and in such good hands.
