He put me on a test trial to see if we can ease the pain, as I had severe periods as well as pain throughout the month. Literally these pills reduced it so much that the pain mostly stayed away, but because the trial is only for two years at a time he switched me to a bc with no hormones, and it has worked for the past few months I have been on it. He's knowledgeable in what he does, very patient and will answer any and all questions or concerns you have. You honestly don't feel like you're being rushed when he sees you, he will take extra time with his patients if needed. However I do wanna point out once you make an initial appt with the receptionist they do not call you to make sure you'll be at your appt like other dr offices. And if you try to call to double check your appt time or have any questions, good luck trying to through as it usually goes to a voicemail box I'm pretty sure they don't check.

On my second visit the dr told me to get test for an issue that i had , after 2 weeks when i arrived at facility to perform my test i found out that the Brooks facility wrote down pregnancy test even though on my chart specified that i cant get pregnant. Upon coming into the office, I was greeted immediately by an employee and gave me the paperwork's that needed to be completed. I didn't wait that long to be called. An MA assisted me, made me comfortable, ask more questions then came the doctor. It was DR. Bonni that I saw, he came to the room with a smiling face and the first time a doctor asked me, "what can I do for you?". I was taken aback and kind of tongue tied but I recovered fast enough to be able to tell him what I was there for. I like him already; he made me at ease. He listened to me then asked pertinent questions and gave me options that I can think about and decide later on to discuss when I come back for my follow up. It was a good visit for my OB-GYN.

So I was at ease for my appt the following week. My appt was at 940am. I checked in 943 am. Sat dow started doing paperwork and was told because I was 4 mins late I couldn't be seen????? Like this is a low income clinic. People dont always have transportation etc and theres no grace period is insensitive to the community it serves. I will be finding a new clinic. I came in 10 minutes early and was let 20 minutes later. The time I had with the provider was really fast and seemed a little rushed and I feel like more questions should have been asked.
