Not only is she friendly and informative she has no problem jumping in whenever and wherever needed. At my most recent visit Brenda could clearly see I was a tad bit overwhelmed as my help had yet to arrive. Not only did she watch my son so I could run next door and grab the balloons, she helped me set up the party room, served the food, got the kids excited to sing the birthday song and even called her tenant to come in to attend the cash briefly to ensure she was available to assist me if needed.
