Highly highly recommend making an appointment. We came without one, and waited about 2 hours for service. They were packed! They said the wait is pretty normal without making an appointment. With that being said, my husband said it was worth waiting every minute- it was the best shave he had ever received. The decor was very nice and modern for a Barbershop. Prices are very reasonable. Really impressive shop! Was out my with my adult son who needed a cut and lucked up on this place. It's mostly by appt only but we waited for a walk-in spot. As we waited I saw them transform people! I didn't feel welcomed both times I went. Like I was a burden to them. Don't know if they decide who they want to like but have a co-worker who felt the same way and got charged for a simple cut, great clips could compete with.
