Dr. Eide performed my cataract surgeries a little over a year ago. The procedures went flawlessly. The first surgery was done in Mitchell at Avera Queen of Peace. The second surgery was done in Sioux Falls at Opthalmology Limited. I was diagnosed with Wet MD this August & have had eye injections done by Dr. Thomas. The last two injections have been done in Mitchell at the Mabee Eye Clinic. The appointments are run like a well oiled clock. Yesterday, I left at 11:50 from work, had the scan, eye test & injection. I was back at work at 12:30. Great professionals and staff! read more

Every time we have gone there, the wait times have been horrendous. I mean, why even have an appointment. Very disrespectful of our time. And then, on top of that, they tend to "try out" new non-formulary treatments (read expensive and not covered) without any real discussion with the patients. I wouldn't be surprised if there were financial incentives between the pharmacy sales representatives and clinics to push those instead of less expensive options that work as well. And their financial people seem to have difficulty with communication. They struggle getting even simple pre-authorizations and seem offended if you call with even a simple question. I'll be going to Vance Thompson in the future. read more

Had my second appointment and really liked all the staff AAA+++. Dr Walker and Dr Dierks were great! Explained what was going to happen. Looking forward to seeing much better than I am now! read more
