I called on occasions that I felt I had to and felt as if I was being ridiculed and could even hear laughing in the background. Most of the time a lady named Barbara answered the phone. This happened much more than just once or twice. I called once inquiring about the bill and Barbara answered the phone. She had the gall to say I was calling almost everyday which was not true but when I did call most of the times it was to correct their mistakes such as sending letters to the incorrect address. Or to let them know my attorney said he sent something snail mail through the front office when in fact I never received it and had to call to correct that. It went on and on .
