Inwas lucky to have walked in with a few customers and walked out within minutes. Parking is available and parking lot tends to get busy since there are several other businesses in plaza.

I am giving this bank a one star . Although the inside of…read morethe bank is obviously newly remodeled and looks extremely nice, especially for the neighborhood. I was soon reminded why I don't patronize business in my very own neighborhood I had a 9:00am appointment with a B of A notary. After standing in a semi long line to checked in a man walks up and asks if anyone had an appointment this morning. I said yes and he asked me to step to the side with him. When I moved to the side I was then informed that the notary did not come that day and I would have to reschedule. I was absolutely LIVID. I feel that someone from the bank should've reached out to me via text, email or phone call. This was a major inconvenience and I will never ever patronize this location ever again. After leaving, I immediately went to Twitter to contact corporate I appreciated their quick response.
