After being there for a long time and never got a diagnosis when things started to go south r bad medically for me after repeated visits for same thing I was sent a letter telling me to get a new Dr. I was shocked being a senior citizen that I was being dismissed as such. In a way I feel like it was abusive. I was given a date for termination and before that date came I called about meds and a couple of issues I was alarmed about and got a call I couldn't get to so I called back and never before had it rang so long finally after two minutes I was told that they were not accepting messages from me without so much as a referral. I may be getting old but I believe there is no excuse for that kind of abuse for anyone. No DO NOT GO THERE YOU'LL NEVER GET DIAGNOSED

I am a veteran who came to see Dr Falls for an evaluation the VA set up. When I arrived it appeared…read morehe was not ready or knew what to do. He spent time during my evaluation to look over my documents when that should have been done prior. When he found out I go to church he used that as an excuse to dismiss and ignore my problems and how I noticed my health had gotten worse. If I mentioned suicidal thoughts or any paranoia his response was "that doesn't make sense because you have faith so it doesn't make sense to me". When I mentioned I was trying to go back to school after a two year break to finish my degree for liberal arts he laughed at me and said "that's not a real degree" making me feel stupid. For someone who is struggling to do anything because of my poor mental health, to have someone laugh and ridicule my efforts was defeating and absolutely unprofessional. The entire evaluation was upsetting and unprofessional to me. He was so focused on my family and life before the military that when he ended the appointment I never got to explain my worsening symptoms. Which he never cared about because he was completely dismissive on my mental health the entire time. The entire evaluation he was dismissive, rude, and had a complete lack of care for me and my problems. The quality and experience with this doctor was awful, if I could give him a negative score I would but one star is the lowest I can go for my evaluation with him. If anyone seeing this is a military person like I am who has been deployed and struggles with PTSD and depression that has affected every area of your life I would not suggest this doctor, go see someone else. It took everything I had not to curse and lash out in anger during my appointment.
