All the staff worked with me. They listened to me. They heard my complaints and what it was that I was feeling. OMG!!! Other PT facilities out me on a station. Leave. Return when the buzzer sounds and then be on my way. Well, Kelly Hawkins does not do that. They pay attention to what you are doing. Doing it correctly or need to correct what you're doing. Mark at the Horizon Ridge location did a thorough evaluation, set me up on a plan for at home exercises and a couple times a week at the office and after a few weeks I was back to doing all the things without any issues. Also very important to me is that if it flares up again I am now equipped with the knowledge to handle it at home if needed. He and his team were really great to work with, the atmosphere in the office is fun but still gets the work done! Definitely would go back if needed.

Harley, is always kind and professional. The office setting is clean, warm and welcoming. Katie is my therapist, I highly recommend her. From my first apt. Katie made me feel comfortable, and safe. Eric and his team are phenomenal. Not only do they work well together, the treatment that is prescribed has been incredibly helpful. Eric somehow manages to keep track of all of his patients and makes sure to address each of their issues. He also makes sure to work on the injuries as well. He asked me about what was bothering me and after performing some assessments and asking what my goals were he went to work. My goal was to be pain free and regain my mobility so I could continue to stay active and keep playing softball at a competitive level. I gave him a deadline and he exceeded my expectations with the regimen he created for me. I'm now pain free and able to throw the ball to about 95% of my pre injury and plan on continuing to follow his recommendations that will bring me back to 100%. Huge thank you!!
