I wasn't sure about the process used as it's different than that I've had at another chiropractor but the results have been outstanding. My pain is nearly completely gone, my flexibility is back and ability to do the things I enjoy are enjoyable again. I can't thank the crew here enough. Bad bad bad communication!! For 2 weeks been emailing for doctor appointment and refills. No…read moreanswer! When you call, the automated message ask you to use NW Health patient portal to book appointments and refills, ect, ect.. After complaining, I was transferred to nurses line and get another message. This time to have pharmacist to call in order, and leave messages???? WTF?? Neither of which has been returned! Had to explain to pharmacy was out of pills and need help getting expired prescription refilled. Never got an appointment??!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
