Not one time did they bring up that they weren't in my network. Or that my copay wasn't covering my charges. They wait over 2 months when I finally decide that I wasn't gaining anything else from my visits to send me a nice big bill. I honestly think they would have kept going and waiting as long as I was showing up before they would have ever sent me an invoice for any balance. Coincidence? I don't believe in those....
