I was meeting my son for his appointment, and told them he was on the way and we would check in once he arrived. He was coming from school, and around the time of dismissal it began to pour. He is a brand new driver, so it took him much longer than anticipated. I was watching his tracking and kept the receptionist updated. At 13 minutes late he pulled into the lot. He got out of his car, ran across the lot, and was standing right outside the door (dripping wet) when she announced to me that they would have to reschedule. I told her he is right outside the door, and we were fine with making his session 15 minutes shorter. There was no intention to make the next appointment late. I also understand the policy, but 30 seconds "too late" after he had ran from his car. I reported this and never got a response. I cancelled the rest of his sessions, and we have found a wonderful new place. I also know their policy is not that inflexible. I am rarely late to anything, but one time I hit some crazy traffic on my way to the Springdale clinic and I was over 15 mins late. The therapist still took me and we cut our session short. I just don't tolerate rudeness or lack of compassion, and therefore we will not be returning.

My mother has been in several different nursing homes in three different states over the past nine…read moreyears since her stroke and Hampton Place is by far the best one she has ever stayed in. We were very lucky that she was able to be one of the first ten residents when it opened so she was able to get a lot of attention and get to know the staff very well. Unlike many of the places she has stayed a lot of the original staff are still there so she still has familiar and friendly people she knows and trusts to tend to her needs. The facility is very nicely decorated with several public areas -some of which are cozy and others that have a more luxurious feel, as well as a lovely open courtyard with a covered space in the center so the residents can get some fresh air and check out the flowers. The facility is always clean, well maintained, and - mostly importantly - well staffed. The staffing ratio and response times as well as regular check ins for the patients is excellent - far better than any other place she has stayed. The staff is always willing to help address any additional needs and special requests. We have regular meetings with her care team to discuss any changes or issues for her continuing care. There is also a wonderful activities director who plans daily activities that include crafts, light gardening, trivia, games, and bingo as well as parties and events for all the major holidays. The only problem is that the rooms are on the smaller side, but otherwise this is a fantastic nursing home - literally the best one my mother has ever lived in.

I was in a lot of pain but was told that it was the earliest they had. They did say they would put me on a cancellation waiting list. Never did get a call in 2 months, So I cancelled my appointment. I will look for alternative relieve rather than stay with a company that is so busy that they have their patient wait 3 months to get help. You should not have to wait 3 month to get relieve from pain.

I asked for a MRI multiple times. Finally he agreed and said if I wanted one I would have to go to Little Rock. I said fine. Afterwards his assistant called and said there is in fact trauma in your elbow. (No kidding, I knew that). The help still never came. No PT. Not once. I am still dealing with this pain. it comes and goes and as very painful. My last visit... I don't think he could leave the room fast enough and release me. Mind you, during this visit I stated that I was still having pain. I was dismissed in every way possible. I'm needing to have it looked at again. I wouldnt let that Dr wash my car. Office people were great.
