Things for me have changed and if I had been given one second to speak, she would know. She fought with me as I tried to explain why I asked for this appointment. She had me fighting to be heard, got me crying and then I raised my voice to match hers, so she hung up on me. If she charges my insurance for that THRILL of a call, that is a scam 12-minute call of her yelling at me like I am 5 and talked about all of her problems. I didn't call and have it paid to hear HER problems. Before this phone appt. I had a phone call with another NP, Rebecca that worked there, and she seemed a little unsure on what to tell me to do. The phone call was nice and went well, found out she quit soon after. She was truly the best thing to happen there. Susan treats people like they are beneath her and she is the one and only that matters. I was tricked. The staff did something to get her to yell at me about, blew me away, but she is always ready to fight. You walk on eggshells around her. I notice she loves the male clients, but women clients, hmm... LOVE yourself and find a better place. Before you rudely defend her David, pull up the call. It's ALL true. Wish office appts were recorded, then you would see how we are all being honest.
