After telephone calls to have them come back and inspect, we have not received a call or email back for help to come and check out the work. They also never returned any of my calls after the initial repair on other work we discussed. Along with the shoddy work on the roof, the customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I would never used them again or refer them to anyone! BEWARE! No rates here.

He did the job via long distance. We met with him while we were there. He started work after we left. He sent us photos. We sent him photos. We had conference calls and it worked like a dream. All 3 bathrooms required custom cabinetry. All 3 are gorgeous! He even used a special spray paint on the cabinets that I didn't know about and it was so slick looking. We loved it! Since we couldn't get back to the house for several months we went ahead and paid him in full. When we got to the house we found a few minor things that still needed to be done. I have worked with many remodelers over years and he is by far the best.

Looked them up online, store hours said they were open until 5:00pm…read more Drove over through a ton of traffic to find their showroom closed in the middle of the day on Friday, complete waste of my afternoon. I have a complete remodel I am about to start out on Skidaway Island but I will not use a business that cannot even adhere to their own hours. It's 2016 gentlemen and if you are dealing in a business in which people are spending large amounts of money, they expect you to be where you say you are going to be, when you say you will be there. I won't deal with these guys based solely on this one experience.
