After that, only 3 for the sizing, framing and installation of electric, plumbing and tile. Jeff always started at 7:00 a.m. and you could set your watch to when his trucks would arrive. I don't know how he was able to be so precise, but that's what he does. His son also works with him along with a guy Nick. They are true craftsman and hard workers. The extra bath was completed in a couple of days. The master bath took a bit longer due to the cabinetry and glass framing around the shower. Those items were contracted to others. We stumbled upon Blaine Construction through a google search and excellent reviews and I am so glad we did. I contacted them and scheduled a day for them to come out to assess the damage, discuss the rebuild and most importantly help with the insurance claim. David and Jesse came out the same week and were extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the entire process. They showed me pictures, explained next steps and brought ideas that I wasn't even thinking of. Within a few days they began the process of ordering kitchen counters, the countertop and flooring. They provided me with samples and floor plan ideas. Jim, Jesse and David were great at communicating every step of the way and answered questions with care and patience. It's extremely difficult to find contractors who truly care about the work they do and are honest, caring people. The quality of the product match the quality of the workmanship.
