After 6 weeks and numerous phone calls, it was removed today. The serviceman removed the box from a brick home but left the wires coming from inside the house; he also refused to remove a wire that they had run through our attic and connected to their cable box box. I asked him to remove it, and he said, "That's not ours. It's yours." I told him that it was installed by AT&T as part of our package. He insisted "It's yours." The job was not done well, their customer support is poor, and we would not recommend AT&T.
