Did not have female nurse present during echocardiogram performed by male on female. Was instructed to put clothes back on while male radiologist had back turned but still in room. Make sure they check your benefits the day of the appointment. I was overcharged $217. I called two weeks after appointment on 3/30/21 asking for status of refund. They said someone would call me back within 2 days and they never did. On 4/9/21 I called and spoke with Nicole. She said she would get back to that day and never did. I called 4/29/21 and spoke with Melissa. I was told it takes 10 days to receive once they issue refund but it depends on when they issue. Texas law states refunds should be issued in 30 days.
