After my computer was with the guy for a month I came by the shop and was told to contact Carlos their IT guy for a status. For 2 weeks straight I tried calling, texting, emailing, and visiting the shop just to be ignored, i had to contact the local police department just to get my laptop back. I immediately took my laptop to a company called CPR in Leesville and my problem was fixed within a day. Im warning yall now, please dont waste your time for computer issues.

That didn't work so they transferred me to a different department. The lady on the phone isn't being helpful what so ever. We told her the situation and she asked if we wanted to reschedule a new appointment? No! We paid and have been waiting over a week for this appointment. She responses with "well what would you like me to do?" When we told her "we want someone to come to our house today and install our internet." She said "ok" and put us on hold. When I applied they asked of a social security card before they could complete the transaction. I am 63 years old and have never been asked for my card...I did not have it with me and even if I still have one tucked away somewhere would still have to do a search for it...they said it was something new with no explanation... I left very unhappy and went to another carrier down the street...they could not provide me with coverage where I needed it...I then went to the local Social Security Administration to see if I could get another card...2 weeks waiting period...they did give me a receipt and told me to see if that would help...I took the receipt back to the Leesville branch Of Cellular One and had to wait will the rep there socialized with another customer...watching a horse race on his phone. I finally got my turn and handed her the note and asked her to call the lady again and to also point out the last line on the receipt from the SSA that clearly state do not carry your card in your wallet. They faxed a copy but did not point out the recommendation from the SSA...the person on the other end stated that they would still need the card. I asked, Why? Their answer was they didn't know...the rep I was talking to asked another staff member to come out of the back to talk to me...he waddled out with earphones draped around his neck...his answer was the same he didn't know and get this he actually said: "I don't care"...I said you are actually saying out loud you don't care he replied the same, I asked him for a number of someone I could talk to and was told there was no number and to "have a nice day"...he was done with me...the conversation was not pleasant at the end and he repeatedly said: "have a nice day goodbye". One person there had no input and sat in a corner and offered no assistance...the female rep offered no explanation nor sought one...the male rep the came from the back offered nothing but insult. If this is the before the sale customer service can't imagine what it would be after. A more thorough search of the internet may find me a number in the Office of the President...I can't imagine how he would react if treated this way anywhere he may do business...I certainly can't believe he knows he is being represented like this to the paying public.

I have been using Comcast Xfinity Internet since 2005 but grew tired of the messages that popped up on my browser window and being double charged for going over the data cap they imposed. I was not able to get any fiber at my location so decided to try StarLink by SpaceX. My StarLink came with a standard ground stand rather than any kind of mount. I looked at the available mounts StarLink offered and was not sure what to order or where to mount it. I called two highly rated places that specialize in StarLink and Satellite Dish Installation in hopes of being able to mount this thing professionally. I wanted it to look good and needed someone who might have more mounting options. Bert Berthelot who is the owner of Cable Busters! called me back in short order. the other place I called twice and never got a return call, so that made things simple. Bert set up a time that worked well for both of us and he came out and mounted my StarLink professionally, ran the wire through my wall to my Modem / Wireless Router and set the whole thing up for me. I could not be happier with the install. Later I cancelled my Comcast Xfinity Internet Provider and lived happily ever after.
