Do not go to this store, they will overprice you, and there is nothing the Verizon company can do…read moresince they are a third party seller. I went in to buy an ipad. I was sold the ipad for $23.90 a month. If you look at the Verizon website, it should have only been $19.16 a month. That's a $115 dollar difference. Keep in mind, the Verizon website is already overpriced. In other words, they overpriced me for an already overpriced item. I called the Verizon company and complained. They told me that they have posted a note on my record and it should be a smooth return. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The "authorized Verizon store," refused to make the return. When i called up the Verizon company, they were surprised that i was experiencing difficulty. Unfortunately, because this store was an "authorized dealer," and not the actual verizon store, Verizon's hands were tied. They said if it was their actual store, the refund would have taken seconds. After speaking with the manager at the "authorized dealer" store, he agreed to readjust the price to Verizon's website price. I said as a matter of principle, i just wanted a refund. It was like, "opps, we got caught cheating you. Okay, we'll charge the original price." I agreed to switch the ipad to an ipad pro, even though I honestly just wanted the refund, but he left me with no choice. So here's my warning: do not go into any store that says "authorized dealer," especially not this one. The Verizon company will not be able to help when this "authorized dealer," robs you blind.

My husband and I went in to get our phone screen protector replaced because we…read morepaid for unlimited phone screen protection and it felt like the employee was doing everything in their power not to help us and kept saying it couldn't be done through we had our account and all the information up saying all we needed was our phone number and we can get a screen protector screen replaced no problem as long as they have it in stock. It wasn't until after pulling their teeth that they said "We only have the iPhone 15 pro max screen protector in stock " which if the salesperson took 5 seconds to actually see our phone would know that's the phone we both have and still refused to change a simple screen protector even though we paid for that service when setting up the account. Though hey I have gotta give it to them at least the company is consistent in disappointing their customers.

Since I recognized that feature and I knew I'd be there all day perusing the aisle searching for what I needed, so I took advantage of using the knowledge bar. Yes! They have an actual knowledge bar. The associate manning the knowledge bar instructed me to speak with the mgr named Marcus. Let's talk about Marcus. Marcus is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff, Marcus provided one on one interaction from start to finish. Showing me several options in case one product didn't fit. Marcus is a great listener, a customer service representative must have that distinct quality, that's why Marcus was able to offer alternative selections. Marcus worked hard to deliver exemplary customer service that concluded with a sale. At checkout they have a monitor that informs you of what register you are to step to. It speaks the number. How cool is that. I would say, if you need anything from A to Z that deals with high technology or electronics, the micro center is where you need to be. There have been a few changes as you must make an appointment for any tech repair needs. The pricing for repairs I find a bit higher then others for example I checked the price at one popular location and it was at least $30 lower then the Micro, but I think it worth it even though the price hurts LOL Good location, and plenty of parking.
