We had a wonderful experience. My teenagers attended their sex education classes, and I took the parent class on how to approach important conversations at home. The staff was amazing, welcoming, and knowledgeable about what all they offered. They presented the information in a respectful, age-appropriate way and created a comfortable environment for both my kids and me. I left feeling more confident and better equipped to have open, healthy conversations with my children. I'm thankful for the valuable resources and support they provide to families in our community. dont recommend this place due to how unprofessional they are. i filled out my paperwork they sent immediately after making an appointment.. thinking they would look through it before i came in and they didn't. one question was asking if im currently under the care of an OB, i checked yes. keep in mind they did not ask me that over the phone when scheduling. i then sit in the waiting room for 30 mins after having this appt scheduled for a week just to get called back and the first thing they asked me is if i was under the care of an OB... i said yes they then denied service of an ultrasound because "they are not medical professionals" i didn't go there for any medical advice i strictly went to lay eyes on my baby... so i said that and then the lady says " well an ultrasound is a professional service" so i'm confused are they professionals or not?? then i asked how they managed to not catch that before i took off work to come here considering they had my paperwork filed she said she don't know.. i got off work excited to see my baby been thinking ab this appt for a week now just to be told they cannot do it. and its not that they couldn't do it it's the fact that i came all the way there missed work when they could've very well and easily caught that before i got my hopes up. the place is not clean looks like it hasn't been swept, mopped or dusted in months. just overall not patient oriented. i work at in healthcare so when we have paperwork filled out we look into it before the appt even happens. im just very disappointed in the place. read more
