Shady company ran by dishonest owners that will lie to you in order to keep your business…read more TSI Alarms also lied to me multiple times by saying that equipment installed by them (Qolsys IQ Panel 2) can ONLY work with TSI Alarms, and that if I cancel my account with them the panel will become useless. I was told that this info came directly from the TSI owners. They also said my doorbell video and other automations (lights, etc.) will not work if I canceled with them. They say that no other company will be able to use the equipment and it will only work with TSI since it was "theirs". They say that you cannot buy the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 online, because it comes from their dealer. This is all false. They will also tell you that they don't know if they are allowed to cancel your account and that they don't know how to cancel accounts (and you have to call alarm.com to cancel). After multiple times calling alarm.com, I found out that you do in fact cancel with the dealer (TSI), not with them (they are just a third party software company). The lady at TSI needed to speak to her supervisor (but they were conveniently gone for the day), and she would call me first thing in the morning about if they can cancel/how to cancel my account (wouldn't you know, they never called back, I had to call them). The next morning, my call was passed around to 3 individuals until I spoke to somebody who wanted to make sure I 100% wanted to cancel my account (for all the reasons above). My alarm.com account was gone less than 5 minutes after I hung up. It was a fun few days of conversations.

We told the guy we weren't interested several times and he just kept pushing and giving us dirty looks while he did it. If somebody wants home security, they are aware of the providers and they will reach out to you. Send out mailers if you want to advertise, but high-pressure door-to-door sales is outdated and invasive. These days it's sales people like this that you need a security system for so that you can tell them to go away.

Not at one time did anybody ever say this was a three-year contract and you will be responsible for the full term so after a year realizing I didn't use their service at all I decided well that's a bill I didn't need. Spoke to them on the phone several times they just told me they would sue me and send me to collections so I contacted an attorney. The attorney Informedme that the collection agency Was a bogus company and if they contact you again, report them to the Attorney General of the state So here we are six months later somehow they were able to Get it attached to my credit bureau. So now the fight begins I will keep you all informed of the progress and if there is anyone else experiencing the same situation and would like to start a class action suit against this company. The system & installer were great. 2. Vivent sales rep misled me. A. I specified - I would pay no more than $90/month. B. It was agreed. I thought! 3. Little did I know, that was ONLY FOR THE SERVICE! a. Within a few hours I received an email from a loan company for the EQUIPMENT! I would receive a separate bill of $79.00 / month to pay for the equipment! So that's almost $90 + $79! 4. The system is good. But I did NOT AGREE to pay almost $170 MONTHLY for it! I agreed to $90! 5. I called the Loan Company (Bread Pay) & Vivint. I was placed on hold for a long time by Vivint. It was very long & options were confusing. 6. Vivint lowered the price for my service for ONLY 1 YEAR! The loan company did not budge. 7. Now comes the worst part! 8. My sales rep said my ADT contract would be paid off by Vivint. That's NOT TRUE! I have to submit extra paperwork to both Vivint & ADT! Stay away from this company. Even though the Vivint system is more up-to-date, I wish I had stayed w/ ADT. I am almost 75 years old, a disabled veteran on a fixed income. Vivint & its loan company, Bread Pay ripped me off.
