I was in excrutiating pain and had already been released without a nurse having talked or discharging me, so I asked Marlon to call a nurse, as soon as a gentleman came out, my boyfriend and I overheard Marlon loudly say, that woman over theres acting all crazy, and rolled his eyes. I was in tears actually, I was in pain, and I only asked for a call, when I asked him why he said that, he said he didnt have to talk to me and remained silent. I was in a hospital that had discharged me without telling me if I broke or fractured the side of my body I came in for. And then when asking for a little help, he belittled me in front of a room full of other people waiting to be admitted. This man shouldnt work around people in any way shape or form if he cant have the decency to speak to them in a professional way. I hope your family is never seriously injured and you have to rely on him or anyone this company hires to depend on for safety. Recently, I found myself in a bit of a panic -- we had just gotten new cell phones, were locked out of our system, and were leaving for vacation the next day. I called the office for help troubleshooting, and Keith returned my call immediately. He explained that my issue would typically require a service call, but since we were about to leave town, he went above and beyond. The first company I called couldn't help me but directed me to Southern Safe & Lock LLC. Their locksmith showed up within an hour and had me back on the road within an hour and a half. He was professional and the service was affordable for the labor and skill involved. On Monday, someone found my original key and key fob, but it had been deprogrammed. Southern Safe & Lock LLC met with me Wednesday night after I got off of work to reprogram the original key FOR FREE! I should also add that they met me after normal business hours when they were on their own way home, and patiently waited for me as I made my way through Bayway wreck traffic. I feel very taken care of by Southern Safe & Lock and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know!

I was told $195 to come to them & $245 if they had to come to me. I chose to go to them. The guy called me back and advised me that they didn't have a key and would have to order one for me, but would then have to pay $245, which is no problem. On Wednesday 3/20/24 I go to the place to have the key fob placed on my car. Well come to find out the key can't be put on the car. I was told to go to the dealership and ask them to do something as far as the computer on the car(idk), and if they couldn't do anything to call back. Well I did that and they couldn't do anything. I called the guy back to let him know. I ask him "since your not able to do anything and they can't either , what am I supposed to do", he tells me "well I cut the key, so it's not anything I can do with it ", I tell him that I PAID $245 FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT DONE, mind you I paid $245 5 days before my service was even done. He says I could give you $45 dollars back because the key was over $180. Which to me doesn't make sense. Not calling him a liar , it just doesn't add up, being that I was told $195 or $245 which is a $50 difference, why wasn't I told higher. I asked for the paperwork on the key fob. I then proceeded to look for that key and still haven't came across one that was over $180. So I lost $245 and got a key fob I can't use. That sucks & didn't get the $45 either.

My buddy also wanted to get an amp wired for his car. We were given quotes we both felt decent about and asked when they could fit us in for installation. He said he could get one of us done on Friday if we dropped the car off. The next morning at 930am I did just that after again calling to confirm they could have it done. I waited around Mobile after work that day and finally went in at 5:50pm to pick up the vehicle. I was then asked if my ride left because my vehicle wouldn't be done that day. I was frustrated but obliged and got another ride and went home several hours after I could've been home had I know the work wouldn't be done. On Saturday I waited around until noon and finally decided to call and check on the status and I was nonchalantly told "oh yeah it's done." Great, so now I got another ride for the 35 minute drive again from my house to finally pick up the truck. I am very perturbed with the lack of communication. All it takes is transparency and communication. I had plans to bring my other vehicle to get a sub and amp installed as did my buddy but now we will go to another location or business all around. The system does sound great as expected from Kicker and an audio professional installing it.
