I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr. Darlene Rae, MD and really liked her. She spent a lot of time on the call and was very thorough and helpful. Thtough my Medicare Advantage provider United Healthcare my coverage is through Optum. Optum allows their doctors to accept ONLY 2 questions from their patients. I was ostracized by a dermatologist for asking over 2 questions. Optum does NOT CARE about you. Its all about profits for stock holders. Find another plan. I am keeping United Healthcare but beginning in June 2025, I am signing up with Maren Medical Group whose doctors care about their patients. Dr. Bashir is awesome. read more

Nobody calls you back and they say they faxed things to your pharmacy and dme supplier but they never got any fax. When you call your Dr office at 4:30 the operator tells you they probably won't answer cause they close at 5. They want you to use the app. But they ignore it and kiss you off hoping you will just die or go away. read more

I wish I could give them a negative star. They are rudder, unprofessional and unreliable. I fractured my humerus and was given a temporary splint at an ER. They refused to see me before I had to leave town on an extended leave for a family emergency. Since then, they have refused to approve referrals and authorizations for our I'd state treatment claiming I could have gotten treatment there (although they knew I couldn't in the required timeframe). They don't care about the health and wellbeing or recovery if their patients at all! read more

This clinic is the worst medical facility in our area. They never answer there phone. I left 2 messages with Nancy Parrish to get back to me regarding my mom's care. Because I could not get through to primary ofc. I finally went in and this was regarding possibility of breast cancer on the right side now. I finally was able to speak to a nurse after 60 minutes. There was nobody in the waiting room and only one person came out of the office. I spoke to the receptionist and let them know that I was waiting to speak to a nurse one of the medical assistance he went and asked me if I needed help. I said I'm waiting to speak to one of the LVN. He said they were told I was waiting to speak to doctor so I could've been sitting there for another hour or so so I was. Let in asked what I needed. I let them know that Nancy Varner women's center was waiting for Order so they could move to book. I had them on the phone while I was speaking to the medical assistant I got the information needed and related to the medical assistant. the women's center had the wrong fax number which is optimum responsibility to make sure they have the correct one. The nurse at the women's center spoke to the medical assistant. It was faxed over. And I hung up with the women's center. Only to be told by the medical assistant that they needed codes to be able to charge for the right breast. I asked him to look for the doctors dictation because it should be stated there what was needed and he should have been able to find the codes himself. he could not move forward without the codes so again I called the women's center got the codes for him. He said everything was good and he would make sure in the morning that everything was taken care of. This was like already 445 in the afternoon, I called the 845-0313. Stood in front of his desk and let the phone ring and continue ringing and I asked him. Why are your phones not ringing? He said he didn't know there were three sitting there one LVN and two medical assistance. none of their phones ring whether they were on mute or not I don't know there were no more patients in the office and he stated that they were very busy and that's why they couldn't answer the phone. I told him while you're sitting right here and I don't hear one of your phones ringing. He began to get upset said you must not be calling the 951-845-0313 number I showed him exactly what number I was calling it again for him. he stated that the calls go through system and then it may ring to them and it may not. I told him obviously it does not because I've been on the phone an hour and 45 minutes. I've been on the phone 30 minutes and I've been on the phone hour and most the time I'm hung up on so that's why I'm standing right in front of you, I could tell it was making him nervous and upset as I was. I looked online to see who I could speak to regarding optimum failure in this area. to only be sent to the wrong people several times this is disgusting. The care that they are giving and the amount they are charging for such a poor job. Discussed me. I never got a call back from Nancy Parrish. I guess she doesn't know how to do her job as well. I really hope this this place closes down. We don't need someone with poor care in this area. Am having the worse experience with my "new" primary care physician. She could not care less about my husband accute pain for about 2 weeks now. She is "busy" and can't see him until 1/23/2024. Are you kidding? IHe can't wait!!! Had to fight every day for several days, and finally, it is my great NP who came through. Janet Cooper is the best in my opinion, because she cares!!! Not something my PD knows anything about. And when I mention my "new" PM doctor, it is definitely not by choice. I live here in Banning for a little over 2 years, and this is my 4th doctor. Every one of them before moved. Tells you something, no? Considering moving from this crap city. It may be a matter of live or dead for my husband now. read more

I'll be looking for a new healthcare provider ASAP. No customer service and zero bedside manner. I have been waiting a year for an appointment just to "meet" my primary care physician. I have yet to meet my doctor - having had only a well woman exam with her nurse practitioner. I called for an appointment after an abnormal health event and was told someone would call me back me for an appointment or I would receive a call from a nurse practitioner. After 2 hours and no return call, I called again and waited on hold for over a half hour before finally initiating their call back protocols. 2 more hours and no call back. Headed to urgent care where the staff was anything but friendly. read more

Since Optum took over, this urgent care clinic has gone down hill. I need urgent care but the clinic is closed Saturdays and Sundays. The lab used to be open Saturdays till 12 now they too are closed Saturdays and Sundays and the staff members seem to be over work and under paid, so the care quality has gone down. Optum is one of the worst medical groups I have ever been a part of. Since they took over Beaver last year the place is in turmoil! ALL of my appointments have been cancelled and supposedly will be rescheduled in less than a week. I have lost two of my doctors through rescheduling, and I am anticipating losing all my doctors before this takeover is completed! Why else would they cancel all appointments? I went to Optimize Urgent Care in Banning. The front office personnel were so rude and I was their first patient of the day. I can only imagine how their behavior is like closer to closing. And, why do they not open at 8:00 a.m. instead of noon?? With the exception of the LVN and doctor (who was great) everyone I dealt with was pretty awful. Optum, please give some training on how to deal with people who already aren't feeling well. A little respect and a helpful staff would improve the experience of your patients. Truly, this was the worst experience dealing with an Urgent Care facility. Hopefully others will have a better experience than I did. read more

If I could give less than one star I certainly would. This is probably the worst doctor I have ever been in contact with his staff is rude and uneducated not at all professional. Doctors office called me at 7 until 5 o'clock. I said I would pick up my paperwork since I'm having surgery on Friday and I'm scheduled to see my surgeon tomorrow and I need to bring all my results. She said we close at five I said would you be willing to wait a few minutes she said no. My grandmother is a patient there and will not be returning to that office!!! Their office staff is so unprofessional and rude!! Especially Mariana the person who is at checkout she is rude and not helpful patients have questions or concerns about what doctor ordered and when we ask her a question she seems bothered and gives attitude, which to me I feel bad with all these elderly people who have no clue what to do and instead of her being helpful she is rude so with that said I will no longer take my grandma to that office. This so called Dr Limon is the most irresponsible and careless professional I have ever encountered. Why he works in an elderly filled community beats me! Not only is he rude and disrespectful to his patients but goes as far as to flat out scorn elders as if they were stupid! This mans carelessness and lack of professionalism landed my father in the ER! His people skills are horrendous, speaks as if everyone around him is stupid and fails to listen to anything his patients have to say. I got my parents out of this place as you should too! Stay away! My experience with this office was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a professional entity. The review is about the office, not necessarily the doctor, since I never met the doctor. The front office staff was incompetent. I went there with my husband for his immigration medical. We brought the correct form and filled out our part, as instructed. They insisted that they would do the whole form, and gave it to us at the end sealed, without us letting us review it (As it turned out, we were supposed to review it and they were supposed to give us a copy!). A few months later, we were told by immigration they used an expired form. I called the office manager Nancy, who refused to believe it at first and a lot of work went into convincing her. Then she talked to her "administrator" Juanita, who agreed to give us the right form. When we went to pick up the right form, they back dated the form 2 months to the original date and dated it for us to sign as if we picked it up 2 months prior. I objected to this and had the most unpleasant experience of having to speak to Juanita myself. She was the most angry hysterical woman I have ever talked to. She accused us of trying to get a free medical from them and threatened to call immigration on us, only because I wanted them to allow us to date the form with the current date. I actually called immigration myself and complained about them. That afternoon, Nancy called me back and stated that they would let us use the correct date. Even so, it took 3 more trips to get the correct form, as they kept making simple mistakes. I don't know how this office can function like this without eventually hurting their patients. read more

Horrible experience, my mother had a mold, the doctor assuming it was a regular mold try to remove it by burning it, a few days later my mom was having a lot of pain, she went back to doctor and they did biopsy and ended up being cancerous mold. read more

Dr. Jose Limon was my father's physician when he lived in California for many years. It was necessary for my dad to transfer to Colorado to live with/near family to care for him in elder years, however, there is a lapse of just over a month before my dad can see his new primary physician here. Dr. Limon and his staff have been very callous and don't seem to even care for how my dad is doing in the transition or provide much help (they did request and have the doctor renew one prescription that was life/death, which we are thankful for). However, I called with one more request for them to please refill a thyroid medication until my dad can see his doctor in January, but they won't do it. I have not heard one word directly from the Dr., but only his office staff. Most are so callous and rude, but today's receptionist at least seemed to care and provide suggestions for him to go to urgent care, but his Dr. would not help even though he has been on the medication for a long, long time. read more

Dr. Limon is by far one of the best physicians I have ever had. He has been my physician for over 12 years. I have a serious condition: cerebellar ataxia. Dr Limon has seen me through many urgent problems including pneumonia, and he even suspected my cancer before I had symptoms, and diagnosed it correctly. He makes time during my appointments to listen to my concerns and thoroughly reviews my meds or tests that I need. Highly recommend Dr Limon and his professional medical staff of Nurse Practitioners. And his office staff is always there to help with my appointment schedules and my prescriptions. read more

Dr. Limon should not have any contact with patients as he has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. He does not speak to the patient. He stood up and walked out mid-sentence (and the patient only said about 2 sentences the whole visit) with a dismissive pat on the back. I believe my pets are treated with 10 times more respect from the vet as the patients are treated by this doctor. read more

I took my mother in law to Dr. Limon for her post stroke appt and she has been experiencing severe sciatica pain and is unable to sleep, difficulty transferring, can't do PT to get back to walking, crying in pain. The pain meds she was taking don't work and he refused to give her anything stronger nor would let her or I speak much about it or ask ?'s. Gave her muscle relaxers, it's nerve pain not muscle! Won't let her see her back surgeon to see what is wrong either...shouldn't be in practice! read more
