I was a patient of my doctors office before the partnership. Today I had an appointment with my doctor. I was considered a new patient. I had to complete all new paperwork. My doctor has no record of my history. My doctor has no medical records of mine. Keep in mind that Neighborhood Healthcare has been calling and texting me for the past year trying to get me to schedule an appointment with them. These are very shady business practices. This is BIG Corporate America taking advantage of the little guy AGAIN! Shame on you Neighborhood Healthcare.

I'm always doing my research and every time I come in with a stack of questions for him to answer he knocks each and every one of them out of the park or gives me new information to work with. I never feel like I'm out of the loop as he's always informing me of what's going on and actively including me in my treatment. The receptionists are well informed and really accommodating. He offers a patient portal where you can message him, see the notes of your appointments and read your test results, which I've found extremely useful. I have to drive 40-50 minutes to see him, and I could definitely switch doctors, but It's worth it to continue receiving care here.

I had to jump through three months worth of insurance hoops and drop Kaiser, but Dr. Anders is now my doctor as well. Between the severe shortage of physicians and the insurance and government requirements doctors have to deal with, they shouldn't have to deal with our "traffic problems" as well. Traffic in this area is only going to get worse. Don't be on time. Be 20 minutes early and plan accordingly.

Anytime I would ask him questions about changing medication out for a more natural approach to supplement her heart issues, he looked at me like I didn't know what was speaking about?! I am a homeopathic licensed physician. If it were up to me, I would have taken her off of all of these horrible meds - but, he literally threatened to call APS on me if I did!! Completely stressing my Mother out - I mean, who threatens someone like this?? Meanwhile, the side effects that she was suffering were horrible. I ended up going to a different doctor, because this one was just like a dictator. Doctors like him think they're gods and they're not! He was just horrible and I'm glad we went somewhere else!!
