This was a really great visit day with my adorable 89 year old mom-in-law. This lady is as sharp as…read morea tack in a petite and a little bit of a frail body. She will flat out tell you "I have no pains, why do I need a doctor". So we arrived today and go thru what everyone does at the first of the year...provide proof of insurance is the first thing the doctors office asks for...Ask an 89 year old woman this and the response is "Why"? Thankfully this is G's mom so he gets to deal with the stubborn parts of this issue, I get to stand back and be the angel of a daughter in law....which translates to being agreeable. After this insurance issue is handled its sit and wait time. Thankfully the wait time was in reason for what an 89 year old lady thought it should be. Whew! I was offered the chance to go back for the appointment, but I politely said it would be to many in a room so I would just wait in the very lovely waiting area. Patients went in one door to see the doctors and exited thru another door. The process seemed very streamlined and efficient. The wait for her to be finished seemed just about right for a doctor visit. She came out from the appointment with a smile but then said the doctor wanted her to exercise, which turned that smile to a bit of a snarly snicker. My response was, "well hes just trying to keep your muscles strong so you dont fall, and if you walked more maybe that would be good". The best neutral response I could give a stubborn little lady. We headed home with additional questioning of the new exercise routine. Whatcha gonna do??? Sometimes older people are just stuck in their ways, but thankfully a doctor with a great demeanor can persuade even the most stubborn of older ladies to exercise. Next check up in 4 months with and exercise plan in place. I might want to miss that visit.

This office is NOT good for EHE or as a PCP office. We are encountering issues with medication…read moremanagement through this office. Despite repeated requests to send medication to Express Scripts, they are unable to provide the necessary pre-authorization forms. For the past 45 days, they have consistently provided incomplete information to Express Script and hence this prescription was not filled. Attempts to communicate with someone in the office have been futile, as calls only lead to an answering machine. They have really no regard for people's medical problems. Furthermore, the doctor has incorrectly billed for services, maximizing insurance claims by reporting 45 minutes of service for a 15-minute consultation. There is no avenue for addressing billing or medication concerns. I strongly advise against seeking EHE or PCP services at this office.

After waiting for 2 hours they only took her temperature and had her sign a release of records. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told it was broken so we would have to use the one in the hallway

Dr Raj and his band of misfits are a joke!! Have a 9 am appointment and don't get seen until…read morealmost 1. He has no consideration for his patients time, it all about his time. One of his doctors listened to my dads lungs while he was wearing a heavy fleece shirt that was over another shirt. We were told his lungs were clear. They weren't... 16 days later my father died from respiratory failure because of fluid in his lungs. I would never recommend ANY of the offices associated with Dr Raj!
