I go two shots, they instantly made my arm sore which was unique to me, but after verifying my documents, the practitioner was immediately ready for me and gave me the shot in the lobby and I was on my way. I work in the medical industry so am very particular about where I go to be treated, and this location passed with flying colors. The location is new but the business is not. The owner has a few other locations in Michigan. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mark, who I later found out was one of the owners, and Jeremy one of the nurses. Both were incredibly kind and explained their options to me. Once I had completed my paperwork Jeremy took me back to start my iv. He did it seamlessly. After my iv was in Jeremy walked with me as I selected a room to relax in. There were multiple to choose from. I opted for the front room which was bright and welcoming. The couches were comfy and I there was a television for me to watch if I wanted. After I was settled Jeremy hooked my fluids up and I was running. During the infusion Mark and Jeremy checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok. They were beyond amazing!!! I highly recommend this place for all hydration/vitamin needs. I've used her services previously but Melody was a true lifesaver and spared me a trip to the ER when I couldn't hold any food or liquids down for more than 72 hours. I had a major skull-based surgery that caused extreme vertigo paired with a horrendous reaction to the anesthesia. Melody responded to my message of need and was there within hours of my request for an IV. When I arrived I was taken back to the IV room almost immediately. The technician was nice and helped me think through the options. I ended up getting the IV that came with the Groupon not upgrading to anything else. The IV included Saline and Vitamin C. Many of the other IV options had a base of a Myers cocktail but this was not available the day I visited. The IV bar opened recently and is just getting started so it seems that they are not carrying the full menu of product yet and they do not have technicians full-time to serve clients on a walk in basis or for quick scheduling. I have visited IV bars before and have been checked on much more my the person administering the IVs. My IV was finished and unfortunately blood started to run back through the tube. I had to grab them and ask for assistance. I will definitely return though as I have been waiting for a place like this to open in Tampa. I plan on updating this review after a second visit.
