I had no filler in my lips as I had it all taken out and I was excited for my new lips to be done. Take a look at these pictures. Bubbles all over my lips that are filler injected too close to the surface. Everyone asked me if I have herpes and lipstick won't cover it and they won't do anything for me. I will never go back. My lips are lumpy and I'm stuck with these results for a year now because they won't help me.

The biggest issue is that I was not informed about this until 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment, after I had already taken time off work and made arrangements to be there. If there is a mandatory membership fee for established patients, that should be clearly disclosed when the appointment is scheduled, not at the last minute. I already pay around $600 a month for health insurance, so being told I need to pay an additional $260 to see my own primary care doctor was extremely frustrating, especially when I had already been seen by this doctor before. I've also had concerns with how their lab work is handled. I was told testing would be done in-house, but the samples were still sent to LabCorp, and then I received a separate bill from LabCorp. That lack of transparency is very concerning. Overall, I felt the communication and transparency were extremely poor. Patients deserve to know about additional fees and how their lab work will be billed before they take time off work and show up for an appointment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. Please make sure you ask about all membership fees and lab billing practices before scheduling an appointment.

I had confirmed my appointment by text the day before, so this was very unexpected. I called the location approximately 15 times and also tried calling two other locations, but no one answered. I understand that emergencies can happen, but a simple notification or response would have saved me a long drive and a lot of wasted time. I initially purchased filler when it was on special for $399 and went in February 2026 to the South Tampa location. I had lip filler done by Maria and she noticed major bruising almost immediately. She was concerned it was vascular occlusion and dissolved the filler and told me I could come back once it healed. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to come back for several months and tried to make an appointment again with another injector at that location in June. The receptionist told me I was unable to go to any other injector. Because I had started the process with Maria, I had to go to her for the remainder and no one else would be able to assist me. I then asked for the manager because I did not get the service I paid for and I was not satisfied and didn't feel comfortable going back to Maria. Then, I was told to call the manager, Cindy at the Countryside location and I explained to her the situation and was told that I could have my services done there by Chau-vy and the credit would transfer from location to location. I went ahead and scheduled my appointment with Chau-vy (which did a great job). She only used about 60% of the filler and told me to come back for the remainder/ touch-up in about a month. She said they normally keep the filler for 30 days, but she would put a note in my chart that I may not be able to come back within that time. When I was done, I was asked to pay $399. I explained again to the receptionist what happened and she called Cindy. Cindy told me that she NEVER said I could transfer the filler credit from that long ago and filler goes bad after 30 days and they throw it away. The problem is that I never received the original service I paid for. She dropped the price to $299. At this point, I have paid $698 for 60% of ONE syringe and I paid for TWO. Because of this, I ended up going back to Chau-by for the remaining amount and it looks great. Just upset that I had to pay so much and will not receive a credit. My mother went recently and now apparently the Countryside location is closing.

Prior to arriving we were told they were running 10 minutes behind. No big deal but I did not expect it to be taken out of MY time I paid for. Your lack of time management is not my problem. Ending my appointment and not even drying my hair to damp as is listed in the description so that you can get to the next person is unacceptable. When I mentioned it I was told I could sit under the heat lamp if I wanted. :-/. I booked and paid for two people and only one had their hair blow dried. We started our appointment at 12:15 and was told to get dressed at 1pm Head Spa : the last thing this was, was relaxing. Nor was it any kind of massage. They have the rain halo which is a draw for most people and only use it for maybe 30 seconds and more as a way to wash shampoo out then as an experience by leaving it there. In fact that was the theme. Turn your head to the right do something for 5 seconds. Now to the left for something else for 5 seconds. Then the middle. Your eyes are covered so you don't know what it is but it felt like different tools from Temu and switching your head back and forth until your neck hurts never staying in one spot for any amount of time. One swipe of your arm is the massage. ONE! The head is scrubbed not massaged. My "foot massage" was just her wiping my feet with a hot towel. No massage took place at all. Not even a little. I wished this was sarcasm but it's not. I'm trying to paint the picture of what I experienced and unfortunately switching up every 5 seconds to some other thing not relaxing is not an exaggeration. Meanwhile all I hear is loud bubbling in my ear the whole time instead of the relaxing music. The main theme should be MASSAGE not cleaning my hair in a rough manner. Where is the neck and arm massage? Where is the soft playing with your hair or lightly massaging your scalp with your hands for a long enough time you want to fall asleep? Where is the added foot massage? I even called ahead to explain my expectations ahead of time and confirm that is what they offer. I do not feel like I got what I paid for at all or what was describe to me. This ended up being an overpriced hair washing and not a good one. I've had a more relaxing head massage/hair wash at my hairstylist before a cut. The worst part is this was for my daughter's birthday. I would have rather spent the money giving her something else. Vibe : the location is a little sketch located in a dirty looking strip mall behind a circle K, but the inside is small and nice. They have one room with two beds for the head spa. One room for something else maybe massage or aesthetician work, and a barber chair up front when you walk in. Communication: nobody answers the phone. There is a text option which is the only way to communicate. Seems like one person manages it so it can be lagging. I can't speak for their other services but for the headspa I would go somewhere else. I hope they read this and take what I've said to heart and find a way to make it a true massage experience as well as find better ways of time management. I did reach out to Mikaila by text prior to writing this review to express how I felt and explain that I did not want to bring it up while there and ruin my daughter's birthday. But that I did want to discuss with her first so my review wasn't a surprise. I also offered to hop on a call to discuss in more detail if she would like. That was the last I heard from her. And while she expressed her struggle with her booking system and it telling me I got an extra 15 minutes for the add on, the bigger issue is the overall experience.
