Our check-in and arrival felt chaotic and stressful which was opposite of how we wanted to feel starting our serene day. So, I would recommend arriving more than 15 minutes early. Once we had our massages, we felt brand new. We all had a great massage. We then spent the rest of the day exploring the saunas, steam rooms, and various pools. Our favorite experience was the artisan aufguss at the logga. I highly recommend attending a session at the logga, it was amazing. We were able to get fresh towels and robes all day at the guest services counter. It also looked like you could book additional services at the guest counter if you wanted to add on to your day. Several people I talked with at the spa recommended I try the Kalla next time I visit. We were there several hours so naturally we did get hungry. Massage: Once it's your massage time, you head to the 2nd floor where you have access to water and tea until it's your massage time. The massage itself wasn't anything to rave about. It felt all over the place, one second one leg next arm and back to leg and all of a sudden shoulder. It was just a little confusing. Facilities: I found the bathrooms & showers needed tending to, there was hair in the showers. Overall, You can easily relax and spend several hours here.
