This location has been here forever, I have been coming here for at least 15 years personally. Virginia, the owner, always comes in with excellent, fair prices. When shopping for a frame that complements your artwork selecting the right frame is in an art in itself. Virginia has always had an excellent eye for picking out a few that work so you can make a final selection. If you have experience framing large paintings and prints you're probably familiar with the quality and price variance in this niche market. Take my word I have shopped around several times and I always wind up right back here where I started at Galaxy. I just dropped off a very large, fully crew signed Star Trek the Next-Generation print as can be seen in the photographs I posted. The previous owner had it framed in a black Plastic, modern frame that had warped over the last 10 years and cracked in a few places. I will post a photo of my new, beautiful gold and black frame that is being installed at the end of the week once the job is completed for a before and after comparison. The variety of art projects that can be worked on at the shop - paint-your-own pottery, canvas & black light painting, clay, beads, etc - means we'll be back. One thing to note, the entrance to the shop is at the back of the building, facing the parking lot, and not one of the street-facing shops.
