The doctors are educated and do what needs to be done, but in order to reach the nurse you have to practically threaten to go personally into the office. Repeated calls go unanswered, medications go without being called in, prior authorizations go unauthorized and people suffer for months without any significant help. My husband has been dealing with this office for almost 2 years and they refuse to refer him to another doctor because "They will only do what I am already doing". Exact words! He can't take the chance of not getting the meds he desperately needs if he were to stop going to this office. He is severely depressed because this has been going on for so long without any relief. I promise I am not someone that complains a lot. Like I said, I work in healthcare and understand that it is hectic and unforgiving at times, but this is like nothing I have ever seen!
