I was drawn in by how organized and clear the program seemed on the website. Once I spoke to Queenie on the phone, I knew I wanted to go through her certification and I am so glad I did. I learned so much throughout the program. I really appreciated the she teaches you about the different aspects of Sound Healing: the musical, scientific, spiritual and historical. I also liked that she is not affiliated with any specific brand or company so she will never try to sell you anything. However, her guidance in obtaining my instruments was so helpful. I would have been completely overwhelmed by all the options and would have probably ended up with some very low quality items because of my lack of understanding at the time. I stumbled across Reiki & Flow's Instagram page and started following. I was interested in Reiki after a trip in Costa Rica many years ago, but didn't know much about it until reading her posts and learning. Although it is a far drive for me, I felt like I was pointed in her direction for a reason so I just went with it & scheduled an Appt. We talked about some of the places I was feeling stuck in my life, relationships & my business to be specific. After checking some chakras we can see where I was opened up to and where some negative energy was present. I was referred to Queenie by my cousin. I decided to contact her directly to have a private virtual session since I am in quarantine due to the COVID 19. I was a victim in domestic violence back in May 2019, this traumatic experience opened other traumas back up, and caused me to experience chronic ptsd and unhealthy amounts of anxiety. I had my first Private Reiki Sound Bath Session today with Queenie. It was wonderful! I loved it! The session included Reiki with Crystals, Sound Bath and Guided Meditation. An incredible session! Queenie has an incredible energy that puts you at ease the second you meet. It had been over a year since my last reiki session and I knew I had a lot of displaced energy trapped in me. I found it hard to find the words to express what I thought I needed help with but during the chat prior to the sesh starting, she was able to guide me to to a clearer perspective on what I was trying to achieve that day.
