I have had a lot of problems for 5 years now. This office has gone above and beyond in their care. They explain everything, and are very caring on how you are. Besides my experience, my daughter has had her wisdom teeth out there too. They did an awesome job handing her anxiety with the whole procedure. My most recent visit--- I had an appointment for an implant post placement on 22 of July. They could not finish it because the guide that had been made (not by them) was not right-and did not want to mess up all the work I had done previously. I am grateful for their honesty, and I cannot wait to go back and get the implant post placed at my next appointment. Dr. Auch and staff always do a great job!!! Very professional and caring, no matter what procedures you have done!!! And because of the problem, they gave me a gift card! The whole office is just AWESOME!!!! read more

It was my first time at this office and I was skeptical as I am always when it comes to dentist offices. This office exceeded my expectations. The front desk nurse was respectful and prompt. The tech nurse, Jennie, was so knowledgeable and provided insights regarding the different types of treatment that the office can offer me. She was very patient with my questions and clearly answered each one of them. The doctor provided more insights about my case, gave me details about alternative treatments, and took time to hear my concerns and answer more questions. I left the office with a treatment plan and a detailed estimation of fees. I am very hopeful now and look forward to my surgery - three implants!!! I just had my wisdom teeth taken out by dr.Auch and the experience was very positive. Dr. Auch and his team were very caring and helpful especially when I ended up having dry sockets. The front desk greeted me by my name and when I had questions about billing, they were able to provide clear answers. The staff seemed to genuinely care about my pain level. I was very apprehensive about this surgery since I hate going under but Dr.Auch and his team made the surgery day pleasant. It went by quick and he even personally called me to check how I was doing. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Auch and Oral Surgery Associates! I recently took my daughter in to have her wisdom teeth removed. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism which is hard to come by these days! My wife suggests: let the patient/family know to prepare days prior to the surgery for the alternating cold compresses and access to timer(s). This office is a 3 plus hour drive from home but is definitely worth the trip. From Melissa at the front desk, to Paige in the room, to Dr. Auch himself, everyone has been absolutely wonderful. You know what to expect at each step financially as well as every detail of the procedures they will perform. After surgery Dr. Auch called me at home personally to see how I was doing. They were all well-organized, and the surgeon and nurses kept me well-informed. The nurse even explained to me her procedure and details of what she was doing when she inserted the IV (I asked her to explain it, because I'm going into nursing school in the Fall). I can't remember anything from right after the surgery, but I'm sure they did an excellent job then too. Even though I've just gotten my wisdom teeth out, I'm practically pain-free. Dr. Auch is a very concerned Dr. he called me the night of my surgery to check on me, he was very caring through the whole procedure making sure I was comfortable and didn't need anything, he understood I hate going to the dentist and made sure my appointments were very thoughtful.
