I am slowly getting back into consistently working out... and the trainers have been super patient with me and have given such useful tips and tricks. The gym atmosphere is also very warm and inviting. Everyone seems to be very supportive of one another and continuously pushes each other to reach their fullest potential in the most supportive way possible. I definitely would recommend this gym for anyone looking for a good work out at a great place.

The facilities are decent, but not necessarily that nice. Locker rooms are okay, not sure I'd feel comfortable walking around without shoes. Overall I'm glad this exists and happy to see places like this - but not sure it's something I'd personally pay money for. The buildings themselves are beautiful and staff is extremely friendly.

After my workout , I decided to hit the boxing bags for a bit before being sucked into a last minute Zumba class ( so not my thing ) I will admit it was a good way to end my workout and then I went into the sauna to woosah. I love that you can purchase energy or protein shakes and water so I grabbed a protein shake before heading out. Out of the 3 locations I've previously visited. This is the Mecca. Spa/rox extra, nothing good included in the price that you're paying which is just over a two hundred a month now for 2 people. We really didn't want to leave but it is clear that groups, groups of younger guys in crocs/socs, kids at the lap pool It seems they want to lure new meat in instead of taking care of the members that signed up prior to their opening. Not a single callback or communication from them since canceling.
